Neveah was momentarily taken aback at the first sight of the forest spirits but she quickly regained her composure. She had been unfortunate enough to witness the troll golem's rampage, and it was a beast far more terrifying and horrendous than anything she could have ever imagined.
Compared to that, the massive wolf-like beasts with scaled antlers, unnatural speed and fangs dripping venom were not nearly as impressive. Their numbers however... that could not be overlooked.
What made the Fae so formidable was the fact that they outnumbered the dragon population nearly fifty to one, even with the advantage of magic on their side. Fort Inferno, one of the largest of the twelve fortresses only had about two dozen dragon lords.
