Hazel went back to the room. Its been hours since she summoned the water elemental bearer and it hasn't come or didn't the process go well
"How was your talk with Jordan" Elliot interrupted her thoughts
"Great, up until the demon came"
"The demon?"
"Yep, he just spoilt my mood badly"
"Well, from what I heard, he was just trying to tell Sir Jordan, back off"
"He should focus on Dorin then"
"I really think you're taking this a little bit too far"
Elliot said carefully
"I'm not Elliot, I'm just-"

"Let's close that topic okay, let's talk about the elemental bearer. Its been hours already"
"Whatever it is will come in its time, don't stress about that andi have a feeling its waiting till its dark cause it wouldn't want anyone to notice it"
"You think so?"
"Yep, so calm down, don't be too anxious"
"I'm not, just curious"
"Sure and less I forget, you're not having dinner here"
"And why is that?"
"Xavier had said so threatening me in the process, please comply so he wouldn't transfer his anger on me"
"So where does he want me to eat?"
"At the dining" he answered with it sounding more like a question
"I'm not"
"You're not eating here also"
"I know"
During dinner, Hazel didn't appear again and Xavier was getting angry, it didn't help as Dorin was trying to cling to him. His eyes were fixed on the door all the time.
"Where's Hazel?" he asked Collins
"A-at t-t-the kit-chen" Collins shuttered
"At the what! What's she going there?"
"Oh my" Elliot whispered realising why she agreed quickly on not eating at his room
"What's she doing there Elliot, I told you to tell her to come eat at the dining not at the kitchen" Xavier questioned Elliot
"Maybe she felt like returning back to her formal position as a kitchen maid"
"Shut up!" Xavier shunned Mrs Decron and dashed out to the kitchen, he saw her the moment he stepped into the kitchen, his brows furrowed more.
She was by the kitchen slab with her food on it and a glass of water, eating without caring about the eyes on her coming from the maids but none dared to say a thing. Hazel didn't notice his presence until he came closer
"Bot tor you doin ear?" She said with her mouth full
"I don't speak that language" he deadpanned
"What are you doing here" she corrected after swallowing
"I should be asking you that, you're meant to eat at the dining"
"You said I shouldn't eat at the room and I'm not there, am I?" She said stuffing another spoon of food into her mouth
"So you chose to eat here since I didn't specify?"
"Korec"
"My bad then, but now let's go back, its inappropriate for my woman to eat here"
"Your woman? I don't think so but don't worry if anyone says something bad about me..." she came closer to whisper "...I might turn them all to frogs"
"I know you would do that but for now let's go complete your meal at the dining"
"I'm full already" then she picked the glass to drink "See. Full." And she dropped it turning to leave but Xavier grabbed it, he swiftly moved his hands to her waist and drew her more closer to him
"We are not alone, Xavier, this is the kitchen for god sake" she whispered flushed
"Really"
"The maids are watching" she gritted her teeth
"So you won't mind, if we go somewhere private hmmn?" He teased
"Xavier!"
"Don't worry, they'll get used to it"
"We are too close Xavier"
"Is it bad? We've always been like this" Hazel wasn't happy with their position cause it was really affecting her. Damn him and his calming scent and hug"
"Dorin wouldn't like-"
"Let's leave her out of this please. Hazel please stop all this"
"Stop what?"
"All this"
"You started it, and you went as far as..." she stopped realising that they weren't alone which Xavier noticed
"Leave us alone." Xavier said referring to the maids to which they left "… you were saying?"
"You bedded her and you think that didn't hurt and you still had the gut to say I should you space for your new relationship, remember?"
"I didn't mean all that"
"Well, I meant mine and I meant every single word"
"I was just jealous of Jordan, that's why"

"I'm sorry okay, I didn't know I'll anger you this much, I just wanted to tease you, that's all and for Dorin, all those things she says are just her imaginations and nothing else, I never bedder her and I'll not do so because of the fact that you haven't that you haven't given yourself to me. I promise you that. Believe me"
"I can't believe you, do you know why? Because at the middle of that word is 'lie'" she released herself and he let her. Xavier bent his bend in disappointment
'I caused this for myself' he thought.
Hazel went back to the room to discover something else
