The next day, when Kyle woke up, she realised that Xavier didn't come back the night before, and not thinking much about it, she stepped down from the bed, heading towards the bathroom to clean up. When she was done, she wore some simple dress before coming out, and then she noticed Xavier sitting on the bed. She immediately rushed to meet him and hugged him, relishing in his embrace and letting out a heavy sigh as she felt his body against hers. This has been what she had wanted doing since she came to this realm.
Xavier, on the other hand, wasn't at all comfortable with the setting they were, she didn't even at least smell like Hazel, he thought. It was going to be hard but he had to endure.
"Did you miss me?" He tried asking
"Hmmn" Kyle answered still relishing the feeling of being in his embrace for real and hearing his voice which she has been longing to hear. "You didn't come back yesterday, why" she asked
"I had some things to do" he lied. He was trying to come to terms with not being able to see Hazel for some couple of days or weeks, depending on how fast the plan goes
"Oh, okay"
"We've heard news about your dad" he said, inwardly deciding that he'll just keep telling this version of Hazel what was happening around to avoid looking suspicious
"What about him" she asked a little bit confused. It had been a long time since she last heard of what was happening in this realm, so she didn't know about some recent happening, which include her dad being kidnapped. Xavier figured that out, but decided to ignore it
"Your dad has been missing and Elliot found out that he was being held captive by the witches" he said slowly, trying to distance himself from her embrace
"The witches?" She asked
"Yes. We don't know exactly where he's being kept but we are going to bring him back"
"Please do. I don't want anything happening to him, its all my fault he's being held by them" she said concerned. She really wanted to experience all the love that she couldn't get, and her dad's love was also important.
Back at the forest, where Morgan was kept captive. It had been two days Selles had given him to think on their deal and she had came to hear his answer.
"Hello to you, once again" she said stepping into the room seeing Morgan who didn't spare her a glance "you know why I'm here" she continued "and I'm hoping to get a positive answer"

"Don't you want to work with your kind any longer?, I'm sure you might had missed Cross"
"Sellers, you don't have to waste your time trying to talk me into agreeing with you. I won't agree to hurting my daughter. Never" he said weakly but sounded stern
"Well, you see Morgan, we need someone close to this girl that she trusts and that can bring her close to us and guess what I found out yesterday"
"I don't care"
"Even if it concerns your said daughter?" Sellers taunted and Morgan gave his attention but not saying anything "Cross told me yesterday that we actually don't need that demon any longer because your daughter can serve his purpose. Apparently, she has those purifying abilities and is also a white witch, which is what we just needed for our sacrifice" she said smiling
"Don't you dare harm my daughter!!" Morgan shouted trying to break free
"I can't promise you that"
"You will never be able to get her"
"You sure about that? Cause from what that vampire, what her name again..." She said pretending to think for a while "... Dorin, from what Dorin..."
"Dorin? As in Ms Dorin in the mansion!" Morgan asked, disbelief written all over his face
"Yeah. And don't cut me short again." She warned "From what she said, it looks like your daughter is beginning to warm up to her, which is good, but, I'm sure she'll still have some doubts, and that is why you are needed here. She trusts her dad very much"
"I've told you this again and again, I never going..."
"You are going to do this with or without you Morgan" Sellers said making Morgan confused
Meanwhile, back at the Decron's mansion, Mrs Decron was scolding Dorin on why she had decided to mingle herself with Kyle
"Mum, I know what I'm doing. You didn't actually believe I want to make amends with her, do you?"
"What do you expect me to believe then, wasn't it you that said that at the dining yesterday and moreover, I didn't see you after dinner yesterday" she continued scolding making Dorin pause before speaking again
"I don't think I've told you this before, but, the witches want Hazel and I'm trying to get close to her so she could trust me, and then I'll hand her over to them and we wouldn't have to deal with her any longer" Dorin explained
"Did you just say the witches?"
"Yes"
"And why do you have any business with those creatures"
"Mum, I'm only with them sow we can get rid of Hazel"
"Since when did you start meeting with them?"
"Some weeks now, perhaps"
"Now, for the fact that I hate Hazel, that doesn't mean I'll stoop low as to meet with those creatures for help. I'm not in support of this"
"But, mum..."
"No. I won't like to involve myself with whatever they are doing, so you are going to stop meeting with them"
"What!"
"I'm not changing my mind on this. You know how well I loathe those creatures" she said as she left Dorin's room leaving Dorin in her thoughts
"I've started this and I will finish it. Hazel will have to go out of our lives" Dorin murmured to herself after a while
Some days later, an emergency meeting was held at the Lord's mansion in every land. It was because the witches had sent letters to each land, warning and boasting of the time when they shall rule the lands and it was close. Most people were shocked, since they didn't know that the witches were still on, trying to open the dark portal, and with the letter they sent, it seemed Luke they were close to achieving that
At the Decron's mansion, there were two letter sent there, one was like the others that were sent to the other lands, and the other poker like it was personally for Xavier. After the meeting, which was concluded with the search for witches to be on and killing any on spot, Xavier went back to the room where Kyle was to read the letter
"Xavier, what's happening?" Kyle asked, getting closer to him. During the last days, their relationship was okay as Xavier made sure yo not make anything seem weird "I heard some of the maids sating something of a letter the witches sent"
"That's right Hazel.." He said, again making Kyle's face distort because of the name "they sent letters to the four lands. Seems like they are very sure on what they are doing" he said going to take a seat to read the letter
Been a long time Lord Xavier, or should I say, demon. But, whatever, it doesn't matter, does it? I'll just go straight to the point here, we just found out that we don't actually need you for our last sacrifice and we just need the girl. I won't be surprised if you already know this, remembering that you once lied to us but I just wanted to let you know that we'll take our revenge soon, and also be sure to hold your little lover close to you at all times, you can't be too sure of who to trust at this kind of moment. Also I hope you will like my little surprise.

Xavier sat there for some time trying to figure out the surprise she was talking about
"What does it say" Kyle asked after she noticed he was done with the letter.
"Just some little threats here and there, nothing much" he answered. Just then, a knock was heard on the door and Lucas came in with a message
"My Lord, Mr Lionel is back"
