Back at the barrier, Guilt, Barron and Hazel were at the room designated to Hazel and somehow, they had been speaking about Elliot.
"So we need whatever plan that's making you stay here for some time, succeed. Elliot needs to be back" Barron said
"Don't you think we can help him in figuring things out" Hazel suggested "cause I personally don't see why his presence is needed"
"Crane gave the order" Guilt said
"We can help him, maybe before I will be gone, we would have been able to prove him innocent"
"I just said, Crane gave the order of not continuing the search" Guilt restated
"Search for what exactly" Hazel asked
"We found out that Katherine, the time keeper in this realm was involver in this mess, but she has gone into hiding. Crane had said we are to wait until he's back before we continue the search for her"
"Ohh... But I do feel it will be stressful in Elliot, after solving some problems at the living world, then comes back to meet another here"

"Why don't we help him..."
"Didn't you he.." Guilt started
"Crane doesn't have to know"
"We do not go against our leaders here , witch"
"Hey!! You font need to call me that"
"Aren't you one"
"That doesn't matter, I'm just trying to say..."
"Save it, it won't happen"
"Hmmph" she scoffed
Silence prevailed for some time before she spoke up again
"I can't use my witch abilities in this place" she stated out of the blues
"And?"
"Meaning, there nothing to wile away time with, if I get bored which I am right now"
"Deal with it then"
"Hey, Guilt, be a bit calm, you're making the girl feel bad" Barron chastised
"Yeah, you're making me feel bad" Hazel pouted
"What am I to do then" Guilt asked annoyed
"It won't be bad if we took a stroll around this realm" Hazel said making Guilt let out a chuckle
"Sometimes you talk like you do not know you're a walking food for some creatures here"
"Well, that's why I'm not going alone"
"Do you think we're some kind of babysitter or something" Guilt asked
"Or something" Hazel replied "Remember, you are to make sure I'm okay at this place, so, you guys wouldn't want me to go alone" she answered with much confidence
"You do know how to blackmail someone"
"I have no other option"

"So when are we going"
"Right now" Barron answered this time, he then faced Guilt and whispered "Let's just get this over with, and besides a stroll wouldn't be that bad"
"He's right" Hazel butted in
Few minutes later, after much persuasions, they were all at the forest. Hazel had literally dragged them away from the tower when they had wanted to just stroll around the tower
"Now, this isn't so bad, is it?" Hazel inquired while skipping in their front as they walked
"Yeah" Barton admitted while Guilt just scoffed
"Whatever, let's just be out of this open place"
So the made their way to the Decron's mansion which was still as she had left it some days- no, hours- no, she didn't even know how long she had been at this place. They entered the mansion and Barron found his way toward the left wing leaving just Guilt and Hazel.
"Well, I'll be your tour guide for today" Hazel said trying to lighten the atmosphere

Hazel took them all around the mansion, even to the attic, but unlike that at the living world, this attic was just a plain room -filled with cobwebs- and right there, Hazel began to miss Xavier. She hoped he misses her like she did and Kyle hasn't found a way to take him away from her as she had promised to do
"Do you have any idea on how long I've been at this place" Hazel asked
"No"
"What? You guys don't have time here?"
"We do, but our time keeper is unavoidably absent, making it hard to determine the time here"
"So, there's nobody that temporarily take her space?"
"Things don't work like that here, witch. If a reaper is absent from his job, that space will be vacant till he or she either returns or someone else is given the job, permanently"
"So there's no way to see time around here huh?"
"I'm afraid so, and we don't actually need it anyways"
"Well I do"
"You would have to wait for Katherine to come back then"
"I don't believe that there's no other person to access the time around here but her"

"Even those Hawnets of yours"
"——"
"What of Crane?"

"Hmmph... It'd useless talking to you, I'll just go find Barron" she said leaving the attic. She walked through the hallways and passages, occasionally entering some rooms to see if Barron was in it. She reached her dads room fans she stayed there for some time, sitting on the tattered bed and looking outside the windows in thoughts.
After some time, she noticed two figures standing at some distance outside the mansions gate, she went closer to the window to get a close look, and Fri what she observed, they didn't seem to know that anyone was in the mansion.
She also noticed that the figure weren't ghouls or hellhounds, but they had human like figures like Guilt and Barron, therefore, she concluded that they were reapers. But, what were they dong there OE were they stalking them.
She wanted turning back to get either Barton's or Guilts attention but stopped when one of the figures face came into view, and it was Crane.
Her eyes narrowed in confusion as to why Crane was there. She then focused on the other figure which appeared to be a lady, she was also able to get to see her face but she couldn't recognise it.
She watched them talk for sometime before the other figure walked away. Suddenly, Crane turned to face her direction and she quickly bent down going he didn't see her. She peeped back after some time to see him gone, crosschecking again to find the same thing.
Just then, someone tapped her on her shoulder and being scared, she turned to see who it was and it was Barron
"Phew, you scared me, Barron" she complained
"I'm sorry about that"
"Do you think Crane will be following us" she asked
"Why will you say so"
"I just saw him outside the mansion, just now"
"Crane?"
"Yes, and he was with someone, a lady, bit I couldn't recognise her"
"A lady you say"
"Yeah, but I don't think he noticed we were here"
"Let's go find Guilt"
"Okay"
The left the room, looking for Guilt around the mansion and after some time, they eventually found him rushing towards them in a hurry
"You wouldn't believe who I just saw" Guilt said
Hazel and Barron gave each other a look before saying in unison "Crane"
"What, no. Why will you even say that"
"Then who? Cause hazel her said she just saw Crane"
"Well, it wasn't Crane I saw, it was Katherine"
"Katherine?"
"Yes"
"Uhm.. I'm not sure I should say this but what if the lady I saw crane with was the same Lady you saw just now"
"You saw Crane with someone?"
"Yeah"
"That's not possible, maybe it was someone else, others no way Crane would be involved with Katherine knowing fully well that she's wanted. He was the one that made the order of placing a bounty on her head" Guilt reasoned
"Okay, but let me give a description of the woman I saw and then you guys will say if it matches with that of this Katherine"
"Sure"
"She's a redhead, pale skin with freckles, she's average height, let's say 5'6 or 5'7 foot. I think she had hazel eyes just like mine although the distance was much to see that well and she had an oval face"

"Soo.... Does it match with this Katherine" hazel asked seeing their silence
"That was definitely Katherine" Barron concluded
