He didn't know about Erik's dexterity and the biological supercomputer, or that he went hunting thaids every day, and he thought not only was he a very talented fighter but also a great leader. He was unbelievably good; it looked like he'd done it before, which was crazy.
The Noks were not that big for thaids; they were around 50 centimeters long and were omnivorous. They had four short legs, with which they skittered around, a square head, and medium-length antennae.
