"I don't feel dissatisfied with the protection of Shallow Water Street," Charlotte said. "Rather, I am astonished that a wealthy place like North Port still harbors such poverty. After all, no lord would be happy to see their subjects suffering."
Pausing for a moment, Charlotte continued.
Upon hearing Charlotte's words, the Mayor of North Port, Madoc, breathed a sigh of relief and with a slight sigh, he said,
"Shallow Water Street is an old issue in North Port. I have always wanted to solve it, but I am ashamed to admit that we have never been able to eradicate it entirely."
Charlotte was stirred by this:
"How long has an area like Shallow Water Street existed?"
The Mayor of North Port, Madoc, replied respectfully,
"It's been a very long time, probably since the land in North Port was fully developed. You know, North Port was built on water, originally just a small island on a shallow seabed. Over time, successive counts expanded the territory to its current size."
