Rob:"So what are your wishes?" Rob asked with a little bit of nervousness

Mc:For my second wish I want a system with lottery, shop, inventory, status ,Multiversal travel and no punishment for quests
Rob:Ok but you need to become the strongest to use Multiversal travel and after using it you need to become the strongest in the other world to use it again
Mc:That's fine for my third wish I want a body that can use every and all types of energy and has a infinite energy generator
Rob:Ok but you can't just use the infinite energy generator to power your spells with infinite energy the infinite energy generator will only keep your MP at max at all times as long as it's active so you'll have to increase your reserves for that
Mc:fair enough for my last wish I want to keep all my experience, knowledge, mastery skills and memories

This boy is Issei Bahamut Or commonly known as Issei Hyoudou The Descendant of the dragon God of destruction and annihilation Bahamut, who lived a normal life much better then his counterpart and if things continued would have gone through mostly the same things as regular issei but after 10 years because of a much stronger Trihexa also known as 666 the beast of the apocalypse that came from another dimension would've lost his friends and lovers in the fight against the beast and would have destroyed the entire dxd Multiverse in his rage and in the end would have became the new dragon God of destruction and finally would have killed himself by imploding all of his power on himself to create a big bang and recreate the Multiverse
But now things had changed as he suddenly woke up with a jolt his breathing fast and labored
Issei: "Hah....hah...hah..." Breathing heavily issei's tried to calm himself and leaned back while sighing "so I have finally transmigrated and into the version of issei with the most talent and potential" Smirking tohimself thoughts of how we could change the world flashed through his mind and he smirked creepily "Time to become the strongest"
