Reqiel's eyes were wide, reflecting the blue crystals in the cave. He let go of Andras' sleeve and hurried forward to get a proper look at the glowing brook, a bright smile on his face. His excitement turned to panic as he tripped on a loose stone at the edge of the flowing river and fell right in.
Andras had hung at the entrance, content to watch Reqiel explore the cavern until he was satisfied, then he would take him to a different one. The Angel losing his balance and falling into the brook was so unexpected that, despite reacting almost immediately, he couldn't catch him in time.
Reqiel laughed as he sat in the brook, the eerie glowing blue water flowing past his hands. He was completely drenched from the waist down but there was a happy smile on his face, the tips of his hair getting wet.
Andras helped him out of the water, taking the chance to pull Reqiel close to him, not caring that it got his light clothes wet. "Are you hurt?"
