Reqiel fiddled with his outer robe as he made his way to the bathroom, although it was brighter with all of the dark essence gone, darkness still came with the changes of night and day.
The day was coming to an end so it naturally got darker. The bathroom was still filled with burning lamps, it chased away the encroaching darkness. Reqiel expected to have to figure out how to set up a bath, but he was surprised to find the stone bathtub filled.
The water was the perfect temperature, and although there was a telltale lack of bathing oils and fragrances like when Andras prepared his bath, it was perfect to warm up in.
He took off the rest of his clothes, wondering if he would be able to wash his clothes. It was just him and Andras now, and he was no longer royalty, it was only right that he helped out with the chores. He even had the Crown Prince of the Celestial Realm cooking his dinner, it really wasn't right.
