Su Jiyai gave Mei a lazy look. "I don't care about your rules. I mine, I keep."
Mei crossed her arms. "That's not how it works! We're a team!"
Su Jiyai scoffed.
"A team? Since when? You guys doubted me, insulted me, and now suddenly we're a team?" She smirked. "Nah. I take what I mine."
Mei clenched her fists. "That's unfair!"
Blaze wiped sweat off his forehead and sighed. "Mei, just let it go. Ragnar saved Juliet, and honestly, without him, we wouldn't even be alive right now."
Mei bit her lip, but she had no comeback.
Kars nodded. "Besides, he mined most of it anyway. It's only fair he keeps what he got."
Mei huffed and turned away. "Whatever."
Su Jiyai ignored her and kept mining.
She quickly stored all the green crystals in her bag, planning to check them out later.
After a while, the cave entrance was almost cleared of crystals. Juliet rested against the cave wall, her face looking a lot better than before.
