As the fight went on, Adel merely laid on the ground, looking up at the open sky through such cracks and holes. The sun basked on his body as he recovered, yet not willing to pull himself up. Why should he? He was outmatched. He couldn't bring himself to throw his own body against something that soundly bested him. Despite this, he could feel his body being tugged by his snake, looking down to see it be annoyed, angry even. It tries to bite into Adel's carbon-like skeleton to tug him up, trying to pull him. "Hehe...You really haven't given up, huh?" He'd question, prompting the snake to nod like mad, before going back to teething such bone. Adel can't help but sigh as he'd lay down. "Sorry for being lazy, then. Not my fault I wanted to look at the sky and wind down a bit." His serpent hissed at the Snake Charmer as he spoke such words, acting almost offended he'd have himself call such negligence as 'laziness.' "What? It's true! I'm not willing to go up again. It's gonna be the same result, won't it? That's what makes people crazy. You don't just throw the same answer to a problem over and over again to expect a different solution." He'd tease, yet he can feel something else crawling against his skin.
Eligos.
He'd watch as the markings creeped up to his body, watching it pilot his arms and legs, getting a proper grasp at controlling it. The snake can't help but be concerned, yet as it tried to look towards its owner, Adel was quick in getting right back up, stunting the snake, hissing again and biting softly at his jaw. "ACK! Hey! Hey! Easy with the mouth!" He'd tease, though such words fell on deaf ears as it hissed and flickered its tongue, trying to 'talk' with Adel through said gestures. "You're wondering why I'm just getting up NOW, huh?" He'd ask, prompting the snake to nod again as it tried to change his shape and anatomy to get stronger. "Well, simple. I said that I wasn't going to have a chance against that guy. He beat me fair and square without any assistance I can call on. If I fight him again now, it'd just be the same outcome. It's ridiculous."
"With this? NOW It's a fair fight.."
The snake can't help but roll its eyes as it decides to get serious, its energy resonating with his owner to change his form, taking in harder scales and sharper claws, the Carbon sharpening it into blades that can extend. Because of such a skeleton now being darkened by such an element, it also leaves out a sharpened spine and extending blades against its elbows, an animal in the making. He tries to charge forward, yet because of the ring of eyes, Arthur anticipated him, shocked at his new state. "You could've taken this form EARLIER!? How dare you job when we were fighting! What an insult!" He would taunt, as he'd have his liquid-like hands change direction, having one of them expand and reach out towards the Snake Charmer, while the other splits into sharp tendrils to swarm and overwhelm the Demon. Adel would see such a massive arm and allow Eligos to take control, physically throwing his body upwards, whilst watching Zazel struggle to dodge and weave them, some even grazing and smacking against his skin. He'd be quick in grabbing one of such Tendrils, toughening out the burns he was getting, to pull the Hunter towards him, leaving Arthur wide open for Adel to follow up with a massive knee against his face, having both plant across and watch the salt scatter.
He'd grab the ring and pull it up, while also reeling his legs back, all to set up a drop kick that flings him over Zazel's body, watching half of his head be carved, as well as being hit by the massive hand being pulled back, using its mass and momentum to swat the Snake Charmer straight down into the floor, the Goetia hiding under his skin in order to dodge as much of the salt as possible. Adel would notice its evasion and would take control in its place, quickly striking down at the large appendage that binds him down, sinking its fingernails to make the venom be traced across the fluid. Despite being salt, because of it holding a solid state, rather than simply dissipating it, the arms would instead begin to bubble, storing the venom up more and more, puzzling Arthur as to what he was doing. In a moment, the Hunter would simply let holes be made in order to leak it out, a smirk on Adel's face, as he'd hold it steady, watching it change direction and trail straight into his own body.
While he may be made out of salt, he would still need vitals to properly survive. A circulatory system that would be quickly overwhelmed by the Venom, finally giving him the needed effects, if only for a moment. His energy was starting to be drained out, his body getting weaker. Arthur would quickly have the arm blow up and spill a massive amount of such venom to flood Adel away, cutting the limb off and having some salt slip into the stump, the purification quickly aiming to recover his body from such toxins. Doing so, however, left him vulnerable, all for Zazel to approach and cast Asmodeus, firing the sigil's flames straight into his stumps, not only melting the salt into a liquid, but also cauterizing the wounds and leaving him properly armless. Because of such fluids being sent in, it also would start clogging up his veins, making the circulation harder to transpire between his body, shortening his breath and mobility further. Zazel can't help but smile as he'd see a way out, a light for him to follow and survive the entire encounter.
Yet such hopes quickly dashed as Arthur would throw himself away from the two, letting his feet arc over to his arms, sharpening into blades, smirking at the Demon in being one step ahead of the two.
SHIKK!!!
