Not long after consuming z'ybb'gnesz, Ominous began mobilizing all his power into taking full controll of the Oblivion Dream space, with the memories of z'ybb'gnesz, Ominous understood that he was the target of the Deep ones, this was not just an attack on the abyss for retaliation this was WAR.
The Oblivion Dream space slowly turned into an Endless city of Dreams and Nightmares, this city was a marvelous creation of Ominous to protect his realm's dream space, it was full of houses, streets and markets, some urban, some traditional, some fantastic and some futuristic, every house held many dors and every dor led to a blissful dream or a nightmare, from now on every living creature in the Oblivion realm would have it's dreams protected and housed in the Endless city of Dreams.
