Quil and Roco arrive at the Union Cave.
Roco: So we just gotta get to the bottom of here to rescue the girls?
Quil: Seems like it.
They enter the caverns looking for ways to descend.
Roco: Quil use your fire. I can't see anything at all in here.
He does and they see a a tall Onix Pokéman in front of them.
Onix Boy: What the...
Quil and Roco scream and run away. They get far enough and stop to catch their breath. They check their surroundings for a way down to next floor. Roco sees a small circle of dim light on the ground under a boulder.
Roco: There it is! The next floor is right under there, we just gotta move that boulder.
The both of them try to pull it out of the ground but it won't budge.
Roco: Hold on, I got this.
He blast the boulder with a Water Gun. The boulder however, was much more than a large rock, it was a Graveler. The angry Pokémon gets up and tries to ram into Roco.
Roco: Why does stuff like this keep happening!?
Quil: Let's just go!
They jump into the hole trying to escape the Graveler. The Graveler gets stuck in the hole after jumping in.
Roco: Haha, take that you fat lump of rock-
Three more Graveler appear behind the boys. Quil and Roco start to run again as the Pokémon chase them down.
Roco: Why does this keep happening!?
Quil: Just shut up and run!
As Quil yells at Roco the run into another rock. They look up and see the same Onix Boy from earlier.
Onix Boy: It's you guys again.
The boys turn around to run but see the Gravelers rapidly approaching.
Quil: Oh no, we have no where to go.
Quil and Roco lose all hope until the Onix uses Rock Slide to block away the Gravelers.
Roco: Huh?
Onix Boy: Are you two just here to cause problems in the cave?
Quil: N-No, we're just trying to get into the Ruins of Alph from here.
Onix Boy: Oh really? I can take you guys there if it gets you out of here quicker.
Roco: Really? That'll be awesome-
The wall of rocks is destroyed by the Gravelers using Selfdestruct. The explosion also causes the cave to start to crumble around them.
Onix Boy: Oh no, grab on quick!
Quil and Roco grab on the the Onix's tail as he slithers through the cave, rocks and debris falling around them. Soon enough, they start to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
