Why is that?

Because people are always doing things that contradict themselves. They shout about loving Earth while engaging in acts that destroy it; they proclaim love for themselves, yet do things that harm their own bodies.

Such torn behaviors are completely at odds with the practice that emphasizes the unity of "body, speech, and mind" in the state of Samadhi. How can one achieve the understanding of the mind and seeing the nature?

Shen Yue felt a pang of emotion, "But how did the Yellow Emperor and his followers become the progenitors of the Chinese people?"
