Samuel Johnson's smile was calm, "Lily, what else do you want to play? Daddy can play with you in one go, there's almost no time left."
He was clearly talking about the two hours that Amanda Smith had set, but when it fell on their ears, it inexplicably made them somewhat sad.
Lily Smith suddenly quieted down and silently walked over to hold Amanda Smith's hand, then took Samuel Johnson's hand, lifting her head to Samuel, "Daddy, let's go ride the Ferris wheel. I once heard from a friend that at the highest point of the Ferris wheel, if you make a wish, heaven will hear your wish."
Samuel Johnson paused, reached out to touch Lily Smith's head, and asked with a light laugh, "So what wish does Lily want to make?"
"Lily hopes that Daddy can be happy and safe for his entire life."
Samuel Johnson's smile grew somber as he stared absentmindedly at Lily Smith's small face. After a moment, he nodded, "Then let's go ride the Ferris wheel."
