Chapter 54 - Chapter 54: A Different Perspective ( really short)

Rose Rhea Potter would never forget the moment her life changed. She wouldn't let herself forget. The blue hair tie with black ravens on it a constant reminder, she was free.

She would never forget the freedom she was given.

Taken in by Detective Rain, becoming her guardian. He taught her about the magical world. A place so beautiful, but oh so disgusting and wanted to vomit at times.

So much killing, and for what? Pedigree? Wealth? Blood?

It was atroscious, and one day she wanted to change it.

Life was going well for the first time in her life.

Then she boarded the train and she met him.

Raven Inanis.

A second year student.

A brilliant person,

A genius among geniuses.

A prodigy among prodigies.

A brilliant inventor.

A candy addicted teen.

A pervert.

A man whore.

A rude sarcastic asshole.

A teacher.

However most of all, he was her first and bestfriend.

So it was due to that, she felt worry as she watched him spiral downward.

Raven wasn't a cruel person. He complained a lot about minimal thing, groaned at being interrupted when studying, liked to play pranks on people with the twins, but never cruel.

Yet recently, she had noticed changes in him.

His pranks had gone from funny and slightly humiliating to cruel and completely humiliating.

His attitude had become worse.

He was cold. He didn't seem to care for much anymore. Going through the motions one after another.

Moving like he didn't sleep, but yet she saw him constantly sleeping. She worried he was doing dark rituals that were harmful to him for some kind of benefit to himself.

Yet, despite how much she tried, she just couldn't reach out, like something in her just couldn't reach out and ask if he was ok. To see what was wrong with him.

She hated herself for it.

She was fifteen years old, and she couldn't even ask her bestfriend if he was ok.

"Ms. Potter, if you're done day dreaming, perhaps you would mine to show me your mastery over today's transfiguration?" Professor McGonagall asked sternly and she nodded as a single wave of her wand changed her target into its desired form.

"Well done Ms. Potter, though I would recommend paying more attention in class." She wordlessly nodded and focused on the clsss for the moment.

She only could hope he would get better.

Idly through the window she noted a bright light before it faded away. In the direction of the forbidden forest, deeper in.

A very short chapter, but I wanted to start making Rose more involved since I want to flesh out her character more.

Big plans for her, and it would suck if she didn't get any screen time to get character development and time.
