Raven sighed as he floated above the castle in the night sky. The gleaming stars visible due to the lack of pollution around the magical castle.
He honestly couldn't find fault in Gaia for wanting to get rid of all the humans and magic humans destroying the planet. He'd do the same, however he also wasn't sure he could hold out so long.
He'd have just let humanity be destroyed in the early ages.
However he paused for a moment as he shook his head and shook those thoughts off. He wasn't some human hating or apathetic maniac.
With a groan he stretched himself out and let himself fall asleep in the sky, in the morning he would open his eyes to find a few birds sleeping on him.
Thankfully they didn't shit on him.

Raven curiously looked at the stone tablets in his hand. His archeology team had sent him these stone tablets, alongside photos in case they broke, how thoughtful and common sense using.
They were written in an old language, ancient sumarian if he had to guess. Perhaps even older. A small tale was written on them, that much he was sure of.
Most the images showed three people facing each other in what seemed like a battle.
One surrounded by a lot of portals. One surrounded by chains. One with wings.
All three shared a similar trait. Extremely large grins.
He had spent the last four hours translating and triple checking his translations through use of multiple works of ancient sumarian.
"Three beings, oh so different, but oh so similar."
"One ruled the world, pride higher then the sky. Owned all riches in the world."
"One created by the divine to control and bind the ruler. Went against their creatures wishes and befriended the ruler."
"One unknown, but no less fearsome and powerful. Power beyond many. Ruled the heavens with his fearsome might and boundless grace."
"Together the three formed a group so powerful the divine were forced to show their hand against them. The bull of Heaven sent against them, defeated, but not without a loss."
"The group broken up. The creation of the divine returned to its original form. The one who ruled the world scared of the beyond sought a way to avoid death. The unknown one vanished, sometimes being seen throughout times when the ruler was alone."
Raven mused to himself about the story. It was interesting for sure.
Not many beings could be called Ruler of The World. The bull of Heaven.
Those were Mesopotamian mythology, probably.
The ruler would be Gilgamesh, The King of Heroes.
The binder would be Enkidu, The Chains of Heaven.
Yet, he had no idea who the unknown one was. None of the remaining tablets spoke of them in further detail, but those that did had a weird symbol, a rune, no mystical artifacts, but more like a mark.
It looked like a stylish 1, but had two wings beside it and colored blue, with the wings being black. It was a curious thing. He quite liked it, perhaps in the future he would make something similar as his own mark.
"Look what we have here George." "I thought I was George today?" "No thats tomorrow." "Oh."
"Studying some ancient tablets?" One of the twins asked curiously as they lifted a tablet and looked at it curiously.
"Yeah, my team discovered these somewhere we believed the ancient city of Uruk must have been. Roughly. It's hard to tell when people want to stay tight lipped about such things." Raven sighed dramatically as he stored the tablets and his notes away. He'd try to do some research about beings of that time with wings later.
"That sucks mate, but we came to tell ya that Headmaster Dumbledore called for you. Something about an appointment being moved up." The twins said and Raven felt a grin form on his lips.
"Oh no!" "He's got that scary grin!" "Hold me Fred! I'm scared!" "I'm Fred!" "No I am!"
Raven laughed at their bickering as he stood up and stretched before heading to the headmasters office, but not before sneakily charming the twins hair to turn pink once they were surrounded by more then twenty people.

"Come in!" The voice of Albus called out after Raven knocked on the door. The moment he walked in, he didn't see Fawkes, but he knew the Phoenix was out visiting family, or something like that.
Albus stood there alongside a very much short and elderly woman. Well more like the two were sitting and enjoying a cup of tea.
"Raven, meet Madam Griselda Marchbanks. Governor of The Wizarding Examination Authority. She had agreed to oversee your OWL exams early." Albus introduced and explained at the same time.
"First and foremost it is a pleasure to meet you Madam Marchbanks." Raven curtsied how Lorelei taught him. "I must thank you for the opportunity to take my exams early, though I must ask why the exception." He added on curious as the elderly woman made a sound he was sure was a snort, but would be denied that it was.
"No need to be so formal, I was the governor when Albus took the exams, and he was a rambunctious little thing, I'm still impressed with his exam to this day. When he told me such a talent was here, I just had to come see it personally. I will be personally grading your test and physical portion here. Now let us make haste." She said as she gestured to Albus who held out a rope, no doubt a portkey, so he grabbed onto it.
The next moment they were in a large room with a single desk.
"Welcome to the testing room for OWLS at the ministry. Now, we will be conducting your written test first. Which ones will you be taking?" Madam Marchbanks asked and Raven smiled.
"All of them."
"All of them? Are you trying to be funny boy? Not even Albus here did that." She said and he smirked what he hoped wasn't his I'm-A-Super-Villian smirk.
"No jokes madam. I intend to take every single one available." Raven replied.
"Very well, but if you waste my time, I will be very displeased." She said as she waved her wand and a stack of exam papers appeared alongside a couple quills and a ink pot.

Madam Marchbanks didn't bother saying anything as she quickly graded them with ease, her expression saying nothing about how he did, though he wasn't worried.
Then the physical exam part came up, and he gave it his best, he wouldn't settle for nothing less.

"I've graded everything, I must say, I've never seen such excellent responses in a long time. Perhaps for fourty seven years when this man with purple eyes and long white hair came to sit for his OWLS." Madam Marchbanks said as she held out his results to him.
He eagerly grabbed them.

Raven grinned widely as he looked at his results, and he expected nothing less. His goal for his NEWTS was to gain ++ at least on each one afterwards. Looks like he had some studying and practicing to do.
"I believe a congratulations is due Mr. Inanis. You not only broke my record, but the record of any single test taker ever for the OWL exams." Madam Marchbanks said with a small smile.
"Thank you Madam. Now I need to study for my NEWTS." Raven said happily as he shook her hand as it was offered.
"I believe I will have to show up when you take those exams. Now I believe both of you should be returning to Hogwarts, it seems someone wishes to have a conversation." Madam Marchbanks said as she felt The Minister approaching through the wards she controlled on the room and around it.
"I do believe I would agree Grisleda. Let us go Raven, we might still be in time for dinner." Albus said with a smile as he and Raven grabbed the rope and vanished, just in time before the door was opened.
Minster Cornelius Fudge walked into the testing room panting, probably from speed walking to try and get there.
"Minster?" Madam Marchbanks asked curiously, though on the inside she was laughing.

"Albus thank Merlin you're back!" Minerva said as she cornered the Headmaster and Student on their way to the great hall for dinner.
"What is the issue Minerva?" Albus asked curiously. Raven also wanted to know if it could make the stern Professor so emotional.
"There's been an incident while you two were away from the castle. Mr. Filch's cat was found petrified and hanging off the wall, chicken blood writing on the wall…"
"The Chamber of Secrets has been opened." Albus took a sharp breath of air and Raven pondered, brief mention of the chamber of secrets being opened fifty years ago, a student being expelled for it, a dead student and Salizar Slytherin being prominent in it.
"Show me." Albus said as he and Raven followed the transfiguration teacher to the scene.
"It's been opened again." Albus said with an angry tone in his voice, it was weird to hear the old man so angry.

Heyo! Back at it again! Also wanted to say I've brought it down from 51-64 to 51-63, took out a single chapter, and I could have made the previous one part of 53, but just didn't feel like it lol.
Anyway I hope you all enjoyed the chapter, I'm going to try and conk out now, tired as fuck. Ran errands all day, mowed the front yard and then half the backyard before my fucking lawnmower decided to visit the afterlife and fucking die on me. So half my backyard is cut, and the other half is not, it looks so fucking wonky because I haven't cut it in like forever so it's like a foot tall… so pissed off.
