What does it mean to snap?
To snap... is to see red. To forgo all notion of self-restraint.
To destroy with complete and utter disregard for one's physical and mental toll.
Julien was usually always capable of maintaining self-restraint. However, at this very moment, he snapped.
All semblance of reasoning faded away from his mind, and he pressed onto the first leaf.
