Chapter 31 - The crown of struggle I. Part 6

Control.

"L" entered the office and, taking off his jacket, sat down at a chair. The man lit a cigarette and asked.

— What happened.

"7" was handed a paper.

— According to the data received by the "White Dove", Agent "Z" has just tried to steal Agent "A" and the key ball, but thanks to the coordinated actions of the team, they were able to return.

The colonel spoke.

— So she works with Prince III?

Dollyshop with a grin.

— Don't jump to conclusions so quickly.

"L" was silent, "7" continued.

— A letter about the deal was also sent to the princess, which is confirmed by agent "A" and "Phoenix". The deal is due to be completed at 6 o'clock in Big Ben.

Dollishop looked at his watch and said.

— Hehe, it's half past five.

"7" continued.

— At the moment, the "White Dove" is moving towards the meeting place. They are acting according to the "05.23.F4" plan, namely, they will try to negotiate without arousing suspicion. Agent "F" has the opportunity to call a squad of officers at any time.

"L" spoke.

— Act according to the plan. The squad should be called in as a last resort. Send a support team and, in case of a failed deal, shoot to kill.

The colonel spoke.

— Just don't tell Agent Z, or the cage will close.

Dollishop grinned. "L" spoke.

— Agent "Z" was carrying out a special mission to infiltrate the enemy's field, she does not threaten anything. Send the message immediately.

—Yes, sir.

London.

Svyat and Beatrice were standing near the phone booth while Ange was relaying the information, the others were in the cars.

Beatrice was looking at the sky.

— The clouds are thick - it will rain.

Holy, looking at the earth.

— It won't do. Thursday is today.

— According to you, it can't rain because... Thursday?

— Yeap...

Beatrice thought about it.

A hand with a note stuck out of the door of the booth. The saint took the note and handed it to Beatrice.

The girl read it aloud and said.

— What time is it now?

Steve spoke up.

— Twenty minutes to six.

A moment later, Ange came out of the booth with a serious face.

Beatrice asked.

— Anything else?

Ange looked at the princess, Charlotte lowered her eyes, and Ange spoke.

— In a critical situation, shoot to kill.

Svyat exhaled.

—Well, okay... Let's go to the cars!

Then he threw Beatrice into Steve's car. Ange, Lawrence, and Charlotte were at Dorothy's, and Beatrice, Chise, and Svyat were at Steve's.

The guys drove out, Steve was in front.

Both cars were racing at high speed, bypassing the others.

They were already close when Steve spoke.

— On the left you can observe Lake St. James.

The guys looked to their left

Beatrice spoke up.

— Beauty.

Chise called out.

— Not bad.

Svyat asked.

— How do you know that?

Steve, baring his teeth.

— Yes, I was at work once.

Svyat was looking at the lake, but he turned around and spoke.

— Wait, am I also a "St"?

Steve didn't have time to speak before he noticed the cars at Big Ben, which is why he turned into an intersection. Dorothy reacted quickly.

Steve stopped. Dorothy stopped the car behind him and spoke.

— What happened?

— There are a lot of cars, they are hardly tourists.

Ange got out of the car.

— In that case, let's regroup.

Everyone came closer.

— I, Dorothy, Chise, and the Holy will go inside. Steve is on the lookout downstairs in the car.

Beatrice and Lawrence are guarding the princess, as a last resort, call Law detach...

Charlotte interrupted.

— I'll go too.

Ange spoke up.

— No... It's too dangerous.

— The deal will be more successful if Richard talks to me.

Steve spoke up.

— I doubt that there will be a small table with chess and tea.

Svyat noticed.

— Steve's got a point. The red head almost broke my back.

Beatrice spoke up.

— Do you think that the girl won't take care of herself?!

Svyat looked at the girl without emotion, picked her up and carefully threw her onto the car seats.

Chise, who was sitting next to him, grinned.

Dorothy interrupted them all.

— Okay, that's enough! The kids calmed down! Princess, do you really want to go, knowing that there is a high probability that a bullet will fly into you?

Princess, without hesitation.

— Yes. I'll take you there.

Dorothy looked at Ange, who looked at the princess. Charlotte just smiled softly.

Ange sighed. At this time, Lawrence handed something to the Saint, and then nodded. And the spy told the princess.

— In that case, you have my key ball

Then she held it out. Chise, drawing his blade.

— And my katana.

— My gun.

— My voice.

— My key.

— My honor.

Everyone clasped their hands and looked at Svyat.

He hesitated, but held out his hand and spoke.

— At least I'll get shot myself.

Dorothy spoke up.

— In that case, Stephen is waiting at the cars, Lawrence is on the pick-up, and the rest are at the tower... Let's go!

Everyone ran away, but Svyat stopped Ange by the hand. Everyone was surprised, and Lawrence whispered.

— Now?!

Svyat said.

— I know that this is the worst moment for this and maybe I will regret it, but there may not be another moment!

Svyat got down on one knee.

— Princess from Black Lizards Planet, will you marry me?

Everyone was in a stupor. Beatrice was just bursting with emotion, and Dorothy spoke with a stunned face.

— Fu... hell.

At that time, Ange was looking at Svyat, while the boy was smiling and holding a ring with some kind of gem.

After a moment, Ange smiled and said

— I... agree.

Then she hugged Svyat tightly, which froze him. Dorothy exhaled, and Beatrice almost fell, but

Charlotte caught her.

Steve spoke up.

— It's going to give colic soon, let's go... And let's do it later, you still have to fuck the prince.

The guys rushed to Big Ben. Running to the back, they heard conversations. Beatrice spoke up.

— There's no door here.

Svyat looked at the window.

— Fuck.

At that moment, the window broke and the guys flew into the building through it. When the agents saw them, they immediately started firing.

The guys hid behind the boxes while Svyat and Chise were covering from bullets.

Beatrice, covering her head.

— Why are they shooting? This is a peace deal!

Charlotte guessed.

— Maybe because we invaded through the window with a gun?

Dorothy was indignant.

—Exactly! After all, we spies could have done everything quietly.

Ange took out a light grenade and spoke.

— Plan "L", then.

After that, the girl threw a grenade into the crowd, blinding her.

Next, Ange, with the help of a key ball, first threw Svyat and Chise, and then flew up to the next floor with the others.

Svyat took a katana and a kusarigama. The guys joined hands and flew up the stairs in a coordinated manner, simultaneously repelling attacks and stunning the agents.

Somewhere in the middle of the way, Chise misjudged her strength and broke away from the chain, flying several floors higher.

The agents, noticing a foreign object, immediately began shooting, but the girl managed to deflect the bullets, but flew down.

The guys tried to swing the chain to catch her, but then Beatrice, being the last one, flew out herself.

Grabbing Chise, Beatrice landed hard with her on the stairs.

Svyat smiled.

— Fly like a bee.

Chise, who was holding everyone with one hand, gritted her teeth and spoke.

— Can we move on somehow?

Ange replied.

— Let go, otherwise the balloon will overheat.

Everyone jumped down the stairs. Regrouping, they set off on foot, surprisingly meeting not a single person.

On the penultimate floor, two guards stood near the doors.

The guys were hiding, waiting for the moment, Beatrice asked.

— What are we going to do?

Dorothy spoke up.

— They're probably behind those doors, so we need to get in there quietly.

Svyat spoke.

— Or maybe directly? You can't cut it anyway.

Dorothy looked at Ange, who just shifted her gaze to the doors.

Dorothy spoke up.

— Well, if there are no objections, then go ahead. It didn't work out quietly anyway.

Svyat went up to the agents with his hands raised. The guards immediately pointed their rifles at him.

— Stop!

— I'm standing, I'm standing.

— Who are you?

— We came to a deal... has come.

The guards looked at each other and immediately wanted to start firing, but at that moment bullets flew into their heads.

Svyat looked around. Behind them were the others and Ange, who was reloading her revolver.

Svyat is displeased.

— Hey! I would have fought it off.

Ange went up to him, kissed him on the cheek and whispered.

— I know...

And then I went on.

Dorothy patted the boy on the shoulder as she passed.

The guys came to the door.

Ange took the C-ball out of the fridge.

He and Chise took hold of the door handles.

Dorothy spoke up.

— Ready?

The girls and the Saint who stood at the threshold answered.

— Yes.

— Then about 3. 1... 2... 3...

The girls opened the doors. Svyat rolled into the room, raising his head, he saw a bunch of agents with weapons, Richard standing at the window and a large cavorite bomb with a steam engine.

One of the agents shouted.

— Fire!

The agents started shooting. Svyat deflected bullets and "skillfully" dodged, which caused him to stumble and fall back.

The moment the bullets hit him, Chise ran out and deflected them. Ange flew in on a key-ball, shot at a couple of agents and dragged two of them over the barrier.

The gunfight continued until a voice suddenly rang out.

— Stop it!

Everyone glanced at the doors that Charlotte had come out of.

The agents pointed revolvers and rifles at her, but Richard raised his hand and no one fired. The princess stood in the middle of the room and took out a letter.

— We have an invitation to a meeting.

Richard smiled.

— And I am very glad that you all came to it together... Yes, yes, do not hesitate to come out!

Dorothy came out of the door with the gun in her hand, without lowering the gun, Beatrice right behind her back.

Richard spoke up.

— Since everyone is here, we can start!

Charlotte asked.

— What should I start?

— Like what? Discussing the final deal, of course! All or nothing. Either you come with me, or one of us will go to our ancestors... Except for those two, their ancestors are a little further away.

Svyat and Chise exchanged glances.

Charlotte asked.

— What's with the bomb?

— This one? Just a small incentive. So, what do you say?

Charlotte said nothing.

Svyat spoke softly.

— Are we going to consult?

Beatrice spoke up.

— Are you still asking? What can we consult about?

— I don't know about you, but the prospect of destroying several streets with people doesn't make me very happy.

— He's not really going to detonate a bomb, he's going to ruin himself here, too.

Richard grinned and went over to the bomb and turned up the heat.

Svyat, coming out from behind the shelter, spoke.

— Hey, hey, hey, take it easy!

Ange grabbed the kid's arm.

— Where are you going?

— Sort it out.

— That wasn't the plan.

— Our goal is to negotiate at any cost, right?

— But there's no need to give in.

— And if we don't bend, then there won't be anyone to do the tasks, "crown"

Ange let go of her hand.

Richard spoke up.

— It's still lovely to watch the lovebirds cooing.

Svyat stood next to Charlotte and said.

— So, red head, let's say we agree to an alliance, what is required of us?

— Just humility, you are ideal candidates for this post. You are professionals in your field. One wick jumped into a moving car several times, and even without your gadgets.

Charlotte spoke up.

— Richard, be more precise.

— That's what I'm saying: to search, to watch, to sweep. Everything you're already doing is just this time we're working together. And I'm giving you full "control."

Charlotte spoke up.

— Neither the Kingdom nor the Commonwealth would approve.

— I'll provide it here. Don't worry, no one will get hurt, significantly.

Svyat dragged Charlotte to the guys, where they organized a circle.

— What should I do? He talks very confidently.

Dorothy spoke up.

— He's in the majority now, but you shouldn't trust him without guarantees, and...

Charlotte interrupted.

— We agree...

Chise asked.

— And the people?

— It's not easy for people even now. It's not the first time Richard has proposed an alliance, and when someone refuses, the same thing happens as with the royal house...everyone exchanged glances.

— I hope you will support me...

Charlotte came out of the circle, but Svyat stopped her.

— Wait, Princess.

— Take your hand away!

Charlotte pulled the boy away.

— All my life I have been trained to ascend the throne. I've been through so much suffering, and everything has led to this moment. There is no other, more peaceful way to become a queen! And I think I deserve it!

— Cutting down the root will not solve the problem! Everyone has their own hard way!

Chise started to separate the guys. Richard spoke to the nearest agent.

— And they call themselves friends? They quarrel from scratch.

Charlotte started pushing, then Richard approached and said.

—Wait, wait. Let's behave ourselves...

At that moment, Ange jumped out from behind cover and, with the help of the key ball, advanced towards the bomb.

The agents aimed their guns, but Svyat immediately threw a sickle and shot them down.

Chise made her way to Richard and hit him hard so that he flew away.

Ange used a revolver to cut off the steam supply, while unhooking it from the pipes. Suddenly, one of the agents fired a net.

Ange fell to the floor, and the balloon rolled away. At that moment, several agents ran into the room and set their sights on the guys. Someone shouted.

— Hands up!

Ange, nailed to the floor, spoke.

— Come on... Come on...

The guys exchanged glances. Chise and Svyat dropped their weapons, and Dorothy put the gun away, after which she hugged Beatrice to herself, covering her neck with her hands.

Richard, rising from the blow, picked up the key ball and spoke.

— Even with all your gadgets, you can't defeat the government.

Richard turned to the boys and spoke angrily.

— You had a chance, but you didn't take it, and yes... Shake them up.

The agents came over and took out all the pistols, smoke grenades, and the Saint's belongings.

— As I understand it, your answer is no... So you can all leave together.

Richard threw the net with Ange to the guys.

— Goodbye, friends, in the name of the empire!

Everyone took aim, and the guys huddled together.

Ange spoke softly.

— I'm sorry...

Dorothy barely said it.

— Does anyone have the last word?

Charlotte told.

— There's not enough time...

Richard gave the command.

— Aim...

There was a barely audible click that only Beatrice, Ange, and Richard heard.

Dorothy passed by quietly.

— It's a pity like a bee...

Svyat looked around, and Beatrice screamed so that everyone's ears hurt and the windows cracked.

At that time, on the street, hearing a sound, Lawrence rushed off in an unknown direction. And

Stephen started the car with the words.

— Holy shit!

At the moment of the scream, while everyone was stunned, Svyat jumped on Richard, took away the key ball and ran to the bomb.

Turning on the key ball, the boy looked back and saw only Ange, who was looking at him with fright.

Svyat smiled back and took off running, pushing the bomb out with him.

Svyat, holding onto the handles of the core, tried to get it out. At the same time, the bomb, due to the energy of the cavorite in the key ball and the bomb itself, flew forward, then falling, then rising.

Stephen tried to follow the trail through the alleys. It started to rain lightly

Svyat, trying to get the core, noticed that it was rapidly declining, so he increased the energy of the key ball to the maximum.

The bomb began to take off, but Svyat still managed to get the core through his strength.

The shell of the bomb flew to the ground.

This was observed from Big Ben, where the noise of the police guard was heard from the stairs, then Dorothy picked up the steam cylinders and threw them all over the room.

When the police entered the room, after dispelling the smoke, they saw only a few agents with weapons.

At the moment the bomb shell fell, Svyat became dizzy, he launched the core into the river, and he wanted to reduce the energy of the key ball, but saw the device swell.

Svyat immediately took it off, but suddenly it exploded, enveloping the boy in a green cloud.

Svyat, with the remaining energy of the cavorite, but unconscious, parried to the ground. Steve saw it and was going to intercept it.

The kid, gaining speed, landed hard on the roof, after which he rolled and fell into an alley. The rain increased.

Steve immediately rode up to him, shouting.

—Glory! Glory!

The Queen's Hospital

It was raining heavily outside

A gurney with doctors was speeding through the corridors.

They drove into the ward, closing the door, they did not let the guys in.

There were sounds.

— A bandage! A bandage!... Take out the alcohol before it gets ingrained!.. A scalpel!..

It took about half an hour, the guys couldn't find a place in the hallway.

William suddenly came out of the room. The guys immediately pounced on him with questions, but he just lowered his head, put his hand on Ange's shoulder and left...

The guys froze... They watched the Duke's figure move away.

The head doctor came out of the room, unbuttoning his robe. Steve grabbed him

— Well?!

The doctor said with annoyance.

— I... we are... We did everything we could...

Steve let go of the robe. Ange fell to her knees, Beatrice pressed her face against Dorothy, who just opened her mouth.

Chise took off her hat, covering her face with it. Lawrence turned away, and Charlotte stared at the door handle...

At this time, control "7" spoke.

— The bomb was defused, but the prince managed to escape.

"L" asked.

— The victims?

— According to information just received from Agent "G"... Holy is a fatal outcome.

Everyone was silent, "L" spoke.

— His victim... It won't be in vain. And free the "White Dove" from all business... for a while.

At the same time, quiet crying could be heard in the hospital through the sound of the rain...
