A noble-looking vampire sipped from a glass of blood wine, maintaining his composure despite being a ninth-degree warrior in the presence of nine others, all at the tenth degree or higher. Six of them were clad in black armor, while the remaining three wore heavy robes, gripping staffs adorned with skull ornaments.
One of the black-armored knights, 73, briefly turned his head toward the growing noise outside. With a mocking tone, he asked, "City Warden Vanko, aren't you going to do something about this?"
Vanko smiled, unbothered. "Unless a ninth-degree threat appears, there's no need for me to deprive myself of the pleasure of my wine, Mister 73. Per my agreement with Lord Ülgen, my highest priority is the protection of this tower."
