Hvítreiðr, Conquest Tower
Everyone with a say in the course of this rising nation had gathered in the tower's meeting room. The discussion ranged from the increasing number of soldiers to, though no one but Ülgen knew, the migration of magical beasts triggered by the movement of frost titans across various regions.
Of course, nearly everyone present was aware that a transcendent-level being could attack the city at any moment. However, since their lord, Ülgen, stood at the tower's center in his polymorphed primary body while his werewolf form remained stationary, no one was eager to bring up the subject unless he addressed it first. That did not mean they would avoid it altogether, though.
