Two boys looked up from their conversation as Julian entered.
"Who's this stranger?" one asked with open curiosity.
Before Julian could explain himself one of the roommates confronted him face to face.
"Listen bro, the second and third year block is above us, we don't want to cause anymore trouble for this week"
But Julian gave them a polite smile, it seems they misunderstood his intentions for coming here.
"Ah… I'm actually not a second year or a third year either."
"…?"
The two roommates exchanged confused glances.
The taller one lowered his arms slightly with his brow furrowed.
"Then what are you doing here?"
"I'm a first year just like you."
The shorter one, with a scattering of freckles, blinked almost as if he couldn't believe what he was seeing.
"First year? But... you look... Older and much better tch…"
Julian chuckled as he put his luggage to the side.
"I'm Julian. Sorry if I surprised you."
