It was the day of the competition, all students were teleported to an arena were the competition would take pace,the first and second position would become the personal students of the ruler of the immortal's mountain, the superior immortal. There are seven superior immortals and they are the strongest immortals in this world. Three among the superior immortals are looking for students and this competition is to get them.
The superior immortals sat on a very large, beautiful throne and they were powerful person indeed, if a person who is weak stands with them, the person would feel that they were servants. The competition began by a man. The man began the competition by calling out the names of two people who would fight the first round. They were, Xiao Yang and a fat boy named Xu Ji.
They were both teleported to the ring.
"The rules are : do not try to kill your opponent, no secret weapon allowed and no form of hanky-panky games. To win, you need to kick the opponent out of the ring, knock-out your opponent or if your opponent surrenders.
Xiao Yang who was in his armor, got his weapon ready and when the man said fight, he began. The ring had a fountain which Xiao Yang drew water from and shaped it into a blob, his skills has been improved since he began to manipulate water, he turned the blob into ice and clenched his fists which made the blob to turn into countless ice needles.
He blasted the ice needles at his opponent. His opponent was fast and was not agile so he got some ice needles pierced his skin. His opponent jumped and landed on the ground which caused an earthquake. The earthquake quake only affected the ring. There was dust everywhere so his opponent could not see Xiao Yang and thought that he had won when he heard a voice,
"If there is not ground, there is sky."Xiao Yang said and blasted ice needles from the sky. Xiao Yang was flying and the ice needles flew and pierced his opponent's skin. Xiao Yang's opponent who was been in a lot of pain surrendered which made Xiao Yang the winner.
There was more matches and seven more people lost and disqualified and it was time for 'quater-finals'. Xiao Yang was fighting the first round. He was fighting with a water element manipulator. The water-element manipulator drawed water from the fountain and turned it into countless ice orbs, he blasted the ice orbs at Xiao Yang who simply used his force field and blocked it.
Xiao Yang's opponent was shocked at tried to use his sword to start fighting, Xiao Yang blasted ice needles at his opponent and weakened him, he then dashed and pushed his opponent out of the ring which made him the winner.
