Sergei sat on the cliff edge, gazing at the railway line below, where the construction speed of the mining railway was increasing rapidly.
Battle Axe sat beside Sergei, passing him a bottle of Whiskey and together they watched the scene below.

"The recent edition of Jiuding Daily reported that the Prime Minister is on his way to Prussia, to establish cooperative relations.
It's impossible for His Majesty the Tsar to travel to Moscow. If he were really coming, there would have been overwhelming publicity by now.
Therefore, this important figure must be His Majesty Mikhail, but Jiuding Daily hasn't reported or publicized anything about it, which is quite strange...
