Rose was kind of at peace for the first time. Not that kind of peace that was blissful, but at least the kind that made her heart rate normal for the first time since she fell into this world.
Cornelia had made her a very warm bath, allowing her to soak her bones in warmth for the first time in forever; after that, she had brought her two yummy dishes, which she had devoured separately.
Now, she sat in Cornelia's bed with a towel around her body, she had been told to wait while Cornelia went to get her a dress.
She wondered what Cassius would do to her when she finally went up to his room, hopefully, he doesn't repeat his outrageous actions.
"I'm a Lux..." She murmured.
If she recalled correctly, Felonious mentioned that the first Lux was a danger to the dark creatures; the vampires hated her because she could end their ageless lives in one second. But, Rose couldn't see any specific special powers yet apart from her burning blood and her new psychic powers.
