"Is Yixin gone?" Lin Yue glanced at the time. Wasn't she supposed to board the flight two hours from now? His return seemed rather quick.
"Yeah, she's gone," Zhuo Xiangqiao replied as he walked over and peeled a banana that was placed in front of her.
"Tonight, we'll go out for a fire pot meal." Zhuo Xiangqiao peeled a lychee and handed it to Lin Yue's mouth.
"Really?" Lin Yue's eyes sparkled with excitement as she looked at Zhuo Xiangqiao. She had been craving the spicy flavors every day like an addict as she drank her daily soups.
"Yeah, your brother will join us tonight," Zhuo Xiangqiao said as he reached out to gently brush her bangs away from her forehead.
He had already asked Dr. Yang in advance and only dared to take her after getting an answer that it would be fine to eat a bit occasionally.
After their visit, she would hopefully stop mentioning every day how much she wanted to eat these things.
