" They were preparing for battle?" I asked Charlotte frowning, I already expected my plans to go haywire and simply made it so that I could know before shit hit the fan but still I hated shit going out of plan or expectations.

" Yes sir." Charlotte replied, her eyes on mine even at her developing frame." They seemed to be making plans to attack at nightfall at their numbers."

I listened to her still frowning, I still hadn't gotten acclimated to everything even with all the improvements made to me through the camp and system.

I didn't know if the landmines would make a dent to them, would kill anyone actually and didn't want to leave a dent in the resources that I had.

I didn't want to be left with 48 or something figures of my population.

My entire gamble won if I had more than 80 people in my camp, the upcoming ark would have fewer problems with me leading them if they knew that I led an army against much higher numbers than me and won with extremely less casualties.

The ark siding with me and leaving whoever led it now would do great to expand labor and my budding rule, with my bullshit involvement in this world I didn't believe that I knew everything so I was being extremely cautious.

But with Lexa leading, a woman leading would make this a whole load easier with my system and it's bullshit but I still thought of the shit that still could go wrong.

I had tried everything in the day that I woke up to bring myself to a higher level.

I had even brought up my status and tried choosing for a class.

[—Name: Ezekiel Sinclair.

—Race: Human.

—Title: The King, The 100's Leader.

—Level: 10.

—Class: None[!]

—[Stats]—

—Body: 75

—Mind: 59

—Energy: 65

—Sense: 54

—Status Effect: None.

—[Stats: 0]—

When I clicked on my fucking class I always got the same message.

[— You need to find a class item to unlock a class.

— You have no class available to you right now.]

So yeah, no quick powerups for me anytime soon until I find a 'class itemBut I had already tried for other avenues of power and tried with all my energy to make a fruit just as I had made the last time but couldn't didn't yield shit that was helpful.

I had used all my energy at midnight yesterday and the last thing that I got was this shit.

[— Vital-Soul Fruit[SS-]: A Fruit that at the light of the Moon or Sun will glimmer in a myriad of colors. This fruit contains vast vital energies that if consumed will grant all those with less than - 50 [Body] an increased physical parameter count of more than 80+ but also an Energy Count of - 50 an increased spiritual energy cap and output for the one that eats the fruit.]

So yeah, I did not apply.

I could've used the fruit for others in my camp but what would be the point?

Only I knew and could use a fucking ability that used Energy, and I didn't know of any spells or magic that seemed to have been of this world or any yet so yeah it was useless at the moment.

Plus, creating a fruit like that had me in my bed for 12 hours so at times like this I didn't have the luxury to do what I wanted.

After Murphy's classes, I was in my bed for an entire day and only Octavia knew what happened.

Not what happened but what I tried to do.

I told her that I had tried to conjure up something I felt in me and ran out of energy to make it happen.

Safe to say that she had me promise to not do it again, I of course refused.

No matter what she meant to me, I couldn't promise that to her even if it was for false appearances.

I would need to show my abilities more and more from now on, I had no other choice in the matter after all.

But looking at Charlotte who stood concentrated in front of me I couldn't help but smile, she had grown incredibly from what she had been at the start that much [Observe] could show.

Not immediately executing her for her crimes has been a boon to me because she's my eyes in what I can't see in my [Map] function.

She has already shown her use to me, the fact that most people even as much as I vow for her still couldn't fully trust her was bad though since I planned on her being my second in a way.

I would have to give her a moment to gain the trust of everyone especially Clarke's.

She even if isn't of primary social power in the camp she has a lot of charisma and already has friends and connections with the cookhouse, hunter teams and guards.

I knew that she wasn't a treat but I didn't want to be blindsided again. But this only brought her more scrutiny from those in the council and the other 100.

" Sir, are you okay?" Charlotte said breaking me out of my musing, I looked at her with a frown.

I had been quiet for a bit longer than usual.

I shrugged my head and back to the camp shining in metal luster with the sun rising from the horizon.

" It's time." I said not looking back at her and immediately she walked off disappearing into the camp.

Sighing to myself as I ruffled up my hair before looking back in the direction of the army camp.

" Let the game begin." I muttered and walked back into camp.
