Outside the the forest, Shinichi stood outside while his bird summons were keenly watching the surroundings. Shinichi was called here by the orders of the hokage as part of a quick response team for the reinforcements Orochimaru had asked for.
'Who caused all this? There is so much destruction here...the smell of burning is strong here, unfortunately I can't go in to see what is going on.' Shinichi thought.
Shinichi saw the melted walls which prevented the dangerous beast of the forest at bay completely melted, the smell of burning flesh and wood spread out into the land around Shinichi.
A bird sat on his shoulders and pecked at him in a specific pattern, "you found someone? Where? Take me there." Shinichi said while running after the birds.
In a few seconds Shinichi reached the place where his bird signaled. A man drenched in blood held an unconscious jonin in his hands. The man's handed morphed into into a grotesque shape and pierced the jonin and then ripped his heart out.
Blood pooled around the strange man's legs as Shinichi then looked at two more bodies with their chest having a gaping hole in them. The expression of fear and surprise was etched into their dead faces.
The grotesque substance on the man's hand started surrounding the heart and then a while mask like object formed around it. The man opened his own chest and placed the heart inside.
'Who is this guy? I can't sense much chakra from him, is a genin or heavily weakened?' Shinichi thought while drawing his sword, preparing for battle.
" Mr.Shinichi! didn't expect that I would get to meet again so soon! What brings you here. Want to talk catch up over tea? It will be just like when I was younger." Naka said while lacking the blood on his face, he rolled up his sleeves preparing to fight.
"Y-you? What are you doing here? You were supposed to be DEAD!" Shinichi said in disbelief.
"You know me! I couldn't die without hiding my dirty magazines! So I had to come back." Said Naka as he rushed at Shinichi
Shinichi blocked his punch with his sword, he pushed him away and swung his sword at him releasing a wave cutting through the trees while approaching Naka, who evaded by jumping over it and hiding in the trees.
Shinichi used a sensory jutsu to find him, "too late! SHINICHI!!" Naka appeared from underground and pointed at him revealing the fire mask. Large amounts of fire shot out of the mask's mouth, shinichi responded with "Wind style: vacuum bullet"
Shinichi shot several bullets which pierced through the fire and hit Naka, staggering him. Shinichi charged with his blade and slashed Naka splitting him from the middle.
"Going for the kill? Still the same heartless man! Root did wonders on your mind." Naka said, his bisected body burst into 4 masses each reformed into a new mask.
Naka then reformed behind Shinichi, alongside Naka his four puppets surrounded him. 'It should take me about 5 minutes to dispose of this guy, and I'm sure hokage is still in the forest.'
Shinichi readied his sword and the ground around him turned to spikes, aiming to impale him. Shinichi stabbed his sword into the ground and sent out lightning to override it.
He blocked a strike from the water mask coating his arms in gloves of water. Shinchi saw the lightning mask charge up while he was busy with the water mask.
The lighting mask launched a lightning spear at shinichi as the water mask used "water style: water prison" while the earth mask used Earth prison to capture his arms and legs.
'What does this kid think he's doing?' Shinichi thought while doing one handed hand signs.
"Lightning style: insulation" shinichi broke out one arm and caught the lightning bolt. Shinichi amplified it with his own chakra and slashed the water mask, destroying the heart.
Shinichi then launched it at the fire mask and used Naka's own tactic against him. The fire mask was restrained by Shinichi's Earth prison, the bolt destroyed the other mask as well.
Naka was shocked by Shinichi's actions. 'He used one handed seals! Was he this strong all along?' The earth mask backed away from Shinichi and moved closer to Naka.
Naka used great breakthrough from his wind mask, the sharp winds blasted everything in their way threatening to cut Shinichi, "You recently got this power didn't? You have no coordination with whatever these things are." Shinichi said as he used "Wind style:wind current".
The sharp winds were moved effortlessly in different directions as Shinichi remained unharmed. He rushed towards Naka who used his earth puppets to create a barrier, Shinichi chopped through several of the walls and obstacles set up by him, only to find the wind mask waiting with wind style : great breakthrough.
Shinichi brought up his sword to block but suddenly the earth mask turned the ground into mud and created a golem, Shinichi blocked the breakthrough but was punched by the golem, launching him into several trees, breaking them all.
Shinichi coughed out some blood as he got up, he jumped over the golem who tried to punch him, an arm sprouted out of the golem back, the arm punched Shinichi. Though he blocked it he was sent back were Naka was.
"One lightning punch coming up!" Said Naka while swing his lightning clad arm straight into Shinichi's stomach. Shinichi fell to the ground spasming and gasping for air.
"Uncoordinated, you say? While it is true that I got this power like...2 weeks ago and I'm inexperienced with it, but that doesn't mean I'll lose." Naka looked at shinichi with disgust.
"Nah, you will definitely lose!" Shinichi said with poof!
Naka was alarmed as he brought the wind and earth mask near him, suddenly a vacuum bullet hit the golem destroying it and revealing the earth mask. The earth mask went back into Naka's body.
Naka immediately shot lightning from where the attack came from. His body was covered in iron skin jutsu as he looked at the placed where he attacked
Naka turned to see shinichi with his arm cooked back as he had a smile on his face, "One wind punch coming up!" Shinichi's arm hit Naka exactly where his earth mask was.
The wind covering Shinichi's arm accumulated at one specific point as the wind Chakra started drilling into the iron skin of Naka. 'D-damn it! It'll break through!' Thought Naka as the wind tore through his body and exited from the other side of his body, the pieces of the earth mask came out of the hole.
He was about to attack Naka again but was Naka hit him with a sneak attack of his own. Naka made his wind mask build up enormous amounts of chakra while he kept Shinichi occupied. The WI mask shot a powerful blast of wind chakra at Shinichi and Naka.
Shinichi was on the floor bloody and bruised, several cuts were ridden all over his body, his bones were broken while Naka's body reformed itself.
"Do you have any last words? Other than admitting that I won." Naka said as he got closer to Shinichi broken body as he saw Shinichi was trying to say something.
"What is it? I can't hear you over all the panting."
"BOOM"
"W-what?"
Shinichi had many paper bombs attached on him as activated them all while also using the jutsu shadow clone: self destruct. A massive explosion rang out, Naka instantly jumped away and tasked his wind mask to sacrifice itself to protect him.
BOOOOMM!!!
The explosion destroyed the nearby landscape as the night sky was illuminated as if it was day by the light of the explosion for a fraction of the second. A massive mushroom cloud formed as Naka breathed heavily.
"H-h-how d-did he do that? WHY WON'T YOU JUST DIE!!!" Naka screamed out in anger. "You spent so much time focusing on my ninjutsu, you didn't focus on genjutsu!" Shinichi said as he was about to finish him off.
"And w-what about you, huh? Even you didn't notice the jutsu I was preparing all this time!" Naka exclaimed as thunder clouds started rumbling on top of them.
"I was inspired by Satoru, the way he used his electric fence. I couldn't help but copy it!" Naka said as all lightining chakra he had been accumulating since the beginning the battle converged at his fingertips.
Seeing this shinichi started performing tens of handsigns as he prepared the one of the strongest jutsu he knew, several lightning bolts from the clouds struck Naka's hand as his jutsu was powered up further and further. They both released their jutsu at the same time.
"Lightning style: hollow purple!"
"Combination jutsu: fire-wind dragon!"
The dragon made of fire and wind clashed with the abomination of nature made purely out of electricity, destroying everything in their vicinity.
The sound from the explosion rang out all the way to konoha as all the ninjas got alert again.
"That's enough! Naka, do you have any idea of what you have done? You chose this mission and I trusted you, but looked at what you have done!" A masked man wearing formal clothes stood where the explosion occurred.
'Did this guy jump into the explosion to stop this Naka from dying, my attack was way stronger, if it was a proper clash then he would definitely died. Then, how strong is this man? He looks completely unharmed!' Shinichi looked in disbelief at the masked man.
"My apologies, we won't bother you any longer, we are leaving in this very instance." Said the man
"I refuse!" Said Sarutobi Hiruzen several other elite ninjas arrived alongside him ready to take action at a moment's notice. Hiruzen was already holding his staff walking towards Naka eager to end him for killing so many people.
"I'm sorry but I wasn't asking for permission, just informing." Said the man while reverse summoning himself and Naka.
Hiruzen walked up to Shinichi who was holding on to his broken hand, "I'm sorry I couldn't come any quicker, If I had then you wouldn't be this hurt." Hiruzen said while motioning one of the ninjas to take Shinichi to a medic.
Hiruzen had watched several children die today, they died in a way that wasn't exceptable for him, but,there was nothing he could do. The man responsible for this had escaped.
Even the bloodloss from Ichi indicated that he died in the middle of his escape plan, afterall, Ichi wasn't a medic and it would be impossible for someone to survive after losing that much blood and right side of his body.
'Should I even let the exams continue after all this? The participants have been culled down unfairly. The next stage is completely ruined and so is our reputation. Maybe for the next few years no international chunin exams will happen in konoha.
Because of these attacks, I'll also have to answer for the deaths and reimburse the other villages since their genin's cause of death wasn't the forest but Orochimaru's fight.
Our alliances is going to shit! Our reputation and business will also go down the drain after this. I need to send Danzo to deal with this problem during our next summit and other gatherings.'

"I'm sorry father...that guy tried to kill Satoru, I couldn't stop mys..." Naka reasoned but was interrupted
"SO YOU MADE A SCENE OUT OF IT!?" The man shouted in anger then took deep breathes before continuing, " If you really wanted to save him then why did you show off? What did you gain from it? Nothing! Absolutely nothing! You killed so many people that it caught Orochimaru's attention." The man scolded as he poured a drink.
"I wanted to intimidate her with my strength and peek her interest by showing the Earth grudge fear." Naka explained
"And now they will start searching for us! They will track down our bases in hidden waterfall and find us here! H-how coul...just get out, GET OUT!!! You're fucking USELESS!" The older shouted at him.
