In the next year he learned fire nature
Stage 1: gather chakra on both hand and rub against each other on both sides of the leaf to make it burn.
Stage 2: gather a litre of water a vessel where you can place both hands on it can release fire nature chakra like in the leaf before and make it evaporate it completely in 10mins.
It took Takao 2 whole years since his fire affinity is the worst but after 2 years he managed to pull it off.
