Takao decided to start with gale jutsu (RANK D) he performed the hand signs and said gale jutsu. Since he had good chakra control he felt the chakra leaving his body and creating a wind breeze in his right hand. Then a notification came

He controlled the chakra moulded it like the first chakra sign and performed 2nd hand sign leaving 1st hand sign there by reducing one hand sign and performed the jutsu ,it worked and gale jutsu worked.
He continued the same but he did it faster for 10 times then performed to 1st and 2nd sign in chakra mould and remaining in hand signs this continued for 10 times.
This process continued for all hand signs for 10 times finally after 6 hours wind style: Gale Jutsu was raised from beginner [1/50] to master [50/50]
