While Luther couldn't comprehend what Stella was saying, Sienna and Kyrell frowned as their thoughts ran wild. It was especially so since they knew that her father had already anticipated his murder.
Stella took in Sienna's expressions and realized that whatever she had disclosed was somehow related to the case. She may have revealed something Sienna didn't know. For a moment, she didn't know what to do and tapped her feet anxiously to calm her nerves.
'Someone will take care of me in Dad's absence? What did Dad mean by that?' Sienna wondered, trying to analyze who her father might have been talking about. 'Is it Brendon? But...'
Sienna's thoughts were a mess. She couldn't quite fathom what her father might have been insinuating.
But she knew that Stella wasn't lying. There wasn't a need for her to twist the truth in such a way to steer clear of being suspected.
"Anything else you may have heard?" Sienna asked, trying to keep her tone in check.
