After seeing the criminal's name on the list, Shadow runs toward the jail ward and finds the criminal's room number. He laughs and says, "I'M GONNA KILL YOU!" in a deep voice. As he prepares to confront his target, he notices guards coming his way. Shadow quickly runs away and hides in an empty room. The guards check all the rooms, and one guard approaches Shadow's hiding spot. Shadow is ready to kill the guard the moment he opens the door, but another guard stops him.
"Leave that room; it's under maintenance," the second guard says. The first guard nods and walks away.
Once the coast is clear, Shadow sneaks out of the room and checks to ensure no one is outside. He memorizes the timing of the guards as they walk from one side to the other. "It takes about 10.50 seconds to reach this side," he thinks. As the guard reaches the end of his patrol and starts walking back, Shadow makes his move. He slips out of the room and runs to the criminal's room through the door. (Earlier, Shadow had found a key from an old guard, which he picked up in case it would help him.)
Shadow enters the room of the criminal. "Long time no see, Roy!" he says in an angry voice. The prisoner is in shock upon seeing Shadow, trembling and sweating. Shadow grabs Roy's neck and lifts him off the ground. "Ha... so, you were hiding here while I searched for you all over this country. How are you, Roy? Oh, wait, I forgot—you'll be just fine after what you did to her, right?"
"Please, no! I beg you... please leave me alone!" Roy pleads, his voice shaking with fear.
"Hah! Are you kidding me right now? Seriously, after what you did to my sister, do you really think I'm going to let you go like this? Really?" Shadow throws him to the ground and yells, "Why did you kill her? Why? What was the reason? Who ordered you to do that? Tell me, Roy!"
"I'll tell you! Please, just let me live!" Roy cries, desperation in his eyes.
Shadow nods angrily, allowing Roy to speak. As Roy reveals the truth about why he killed Shadow's sister, Shadow's rage intensifies. In a fit of fury, he grabs a nail and drives it through Roy's vocal cords, silencing him.
Shadow then takes a knife and approaches Roy closely, cutting off his private parts right in front of him. A camera is placed in the corner of the room, recording the horrific scene (the security cameras had been pre-recorded because Shadow replaced the security server). One by one, Shadow cuts off Roy's fingers, then his toes. "Do you feel the pain now?" he taunts. "Imagine what my sister went through when you raped and killed her."
After delivering his brutal message, Shadow decapitates Roy and leaves the room. In that moment, he plants the final bomb on the last pillar. Just then, a guard checks the area again and sees that Roy's room is drenched in blood. Alarmed, he contacts his superior about Roy's death.
When the guards arrive, they are met with a horrifying scene: Roy's lifeless body lies on the floor, his head in one corner and his severed private parts scattered in pieces. In the chaos, they discover that four other bodies have been found in the same gruesome manner as Roy's. On the wall, someone has written, "SEE YOU SOON, BY SHADOW."
As the guards process the shocking scene, they realize they are dealing with a vengeful force, one that will stop at nothing to deliver justice for the wrongs committed. The atmosphere is thick with fear and uncertainty, knowing that Shadow is still out there, lurking in the shadows, ready to strike again.
