Nora looked at the lock hanging on the main gate of Demitri's house and sighed. She came so far to return the items, but he wasn't at home. But then it wasn't Demitri's fault. She was the one, who didn't inform him.
"Should I wait for him?" Nora murmured and looked around, finding the street was filled with only silence.
She leaned against the wall and looked at her wristwatch. Sharp three in the afternoon. He should be returning soon, she thought. Two hours passed, but there was no sign of Demitri.
"Should I call him?" Nora murmured for the tenth time, but then she shook her head. Demitri was avoiding her and at the same time, she didn't want to be bother to him. The wind was turning colder now and she rubbed her hands together.
