Scarface's expression had been sour ever since he stepped out of the car. He stared at Ruiz without speaking or moving. Ruiz raised his voice and continued, "I said, open the door!"
Scarface turned his head toward a subordinate who hadn't managed to get on the vehicle and nodded at him. The subordinate pulled the rolling shutter, opening the warehouse.
Ruiz and the police officers shone their flashlights into the warehouse and suddenly realized it was almost empty, with only a few boxes by the wall. His face changing dramatically, Ruiz quickly ran inside. Jimmy, standing nearby, didn't move at all; he knew there was nothing significant in the warehouse. Now that Ruiz and the police had entered, he simply drew his pistol and held it loosely by his right side, watching Scarface and his men.
Ruiz checked the few boxes inside the warehouse, then turned and walked out. He approached Scarface with a gloomy expression, "When did you move everything?"
