Ruiz, "Yes, tonight we plan to raid a port warehouse. An undercover agent has confirmed that it is a drug distribution center for the T14 gang."
Jimmy, "T14? Is that a new gang? How come I've never heard of them?"
Ruiz, "They were just a small gang before, and we hadn't noticed them. However, one of our undercover agents coincidentally got a lead. The boss of T14, Scarface, used to be with the Mexican gang and was in charge of smuggling operations."
"After over a month of investigation, we have confirmed that the Mexican gang has a maritime smuggling route from Manzanillo to New York, which was taken over by T14's Scarface and distributed to other gangs. Hidden within this smuggling route is a drug smuggling line, which is our target."
