Alice's plan went as smoothly as she thought it out. Funny how she would never lift a morsel of her brain to make a plan for herself in the past since she always had Leo to do it for her.
Hermes' feet had an effect where it included Domus in its additional speed. So, it was as if Domus was the one wearing Hermes' feet, and all Diane had to do was grab the kids as soon as Alice ripped the bomb from them.
It was done in a flash, and the man with the controls didn't even see what had happened. All he saw was a ticking bomb that was ready to go off.
His eyes widened, and he tried to head for the door, but it was too late. The bomb went off, and the first floor, coupled with the floor below it, got caught up in an explosion. But it was not enough to take out the building, so Alice did what she said she was going to do.
"Get the kids to safety." Alice said to Diane.
"But what about Domus?" Diane asked, "I can't fly around the city on a monster. I'll have awakeneds on my tail."
