Helplessness and silence were written on their faces as they imagined taking out Primo in cold-blood as he stuffed his face with pig trotters and licked his fingers when he was done eating.
Callum and Malcolm were both speechless.
Their gaze met but remained silent for a period of time.
"Why does the son of God do something so childish like licking his fingers?" Malcolm asked.
After some thought, Callum replied, "Maybe the son of God had suffered too much bloodthirst and cruelty. They cannot be dispelled easily. Perhaps it is only through childish gestures that these can be rid of."
Realization struck Malcolm.
Callum continued, "Indeed, the son of God must be extremely frustrated that he couldn't bring death to the seven of them last time." Malcolm added, "Hence, he would do things like licking his fingers! He even gnawed on pig trotters! Perhaps he is pretending that the pig trotters are humans."
