The Ranco Correctional facility, located on the outskirts of Pelicum City in country M, is known for its high-security building design.
Characterized majorly by high-security fences, walls, guard towers and groundbreaking electronic surveillance, an attempted escape from this facility was an impossible mission.
The facility held two major distinct sections; medium security - allowing more freedom for inmates with fewer felonies - to maximum security with single cells and double fences -for convicted and long-term serving criminals.
Since Blaze was yet to be convicted by the court for his crimes, he was held within the medium security section of the facility.
Thanks to his status, international connection and friends in high places, Blaze was given one of the luxury prison accommodations which could be likened to a luxury executive hotel suite.
