Sparks spread all over the floor as Buji's Fluid Shield absorbed the burnt of the General's crushing strike. The impact sent tremors through the ground, forcing Buji to skid backward.
'Damn, that power is ridiculous. But if it thinks I'll break that easily—'
Buji retaliated with a fierce snap of his cord. The general pivoted just in time, narrowly avoiding the strike, but Buji flinged the cord the second time as if he had anticipated the movement.
Snap—CRACK!
The second flick of his Cord connected, wrapping tightly around the General's left leg. With a violent yank, Buji attempted to pull the towering skeleton off balance, but the undead titan merely stomped down, shattering the ground beneath its foot to keep its stance firm.
