I spent an entire day with my family. They even took leave from school and work for my sake. I knew that this was going to happen beforehand, and that was the reason why I decided to train as much as possible in the twelve days, not the last two days before the academy started.
This was exactly what happened with my big sister, Selina.
When she was accepted to the Earth Spirit Academy, we did the same with her, trying to spend some time with her before she left for the academy.
Once we go to the academy for four years, we will be away from our homes. It was not as if the academy prohibits us from visiting our home, but the time in the academy was precious to everyone.
The time it takes to travel and the time we spend with the family can be used to improve ourselves with the knowledge from the academy or enrich our fighting experiences from the professors of the academy.
There are three reasons why awakeners go to the academy.
