After spending the day with my family, I left for the academy the next day.
The academy was in the same province as we live but the transportation services here are very weak. If it was the first five provinces, then they have better transport services like trains, which would connect with most cities and towns.
That luxury was not available to every other province, mostly because constructing the railway lines would be expensive or maintaining would be.
Whenever there is a train going through the wilds, beasts are known to attack the moving trains. To protect them, many beast tamers are hired and would be on the journey just to protect the train and the passengers from these attacks.
If there was too much damage, or if too many died, the train route would have to be scrapped. If it was an important trade route, then they couldn't do that. The trade routes are important nerves of the province's economy.
