Jin's journey to find the Elixir of God was anything but simple. Zeus had only given him a cryptic clue— "Seek where the first light was born, where darkness and creation intertwine." It led him to the forgotten lands beyond Olympus, where even gods feared to tread.
Through mountains, across vast seas, and deep into forbidden ruins, he fought ancient creatures, solved divine riddles, and resisted the temptations laid before him. Jin arrived at the entrance of an ancient, decayed temple hidden beneath the roots of a massive tree. The air was thick with the scent of old magic, and the ground trembled under his feet. As he walked forward, the walls began shifting, changing patterns to confuse his sense of direction. Suddenly, he heard footsteps. Turning around, he saw—himself. An exact replica, standing with the same expression, the same posture.
"Who are you?" Jin demanded.
The duplicate smirked. "I'm you, but stronger. You can't defeat me."
Jin narrowed his eyes. "Yeah, right. I'm already overpowered."
The doppelgänger lunged at him. Their battle was fierce—every strike, every counter mirrored perfectly. Jin was fighting himself, not just in strength but in thought. The realization struck him—he couldn't win this through brute force.
"Fine," Jin said, stepping back. "Let's see if you can copy this."
Closing his eyes, he let go of his will to fight. The moment he did, his copy hesitated, confused. That was the moment Jin struck, breaking the illusion. The doppelgänger shattered into light, and the path ahead cleared.
After battling through various trials—illusory landscapes, time loops, and a storm of fire that nearly consumed him—Jin arrived at the heart of the labyrinth. A golden chalice rested on a pedestal, the Elixir of God glowing inside.
But as he reached for it, a voice boomed.
"You are unworthy."
A massive figure emerged—a guardian made of golden flames, wielding a spear taller than Jin.
"You must prove your will," the guardian declared. "Endure the Trial."
Before Jin could react he was sent to the trials
The first trial was The Abyssal Guardian. A monstrous, multi-eyed serpent that coiled around the sacred spring where the Elixir was said to exist. It sensed his presence immediately, lunging with deadly fangs dripping with poison that could melt even divine beings. Jin dodged nimbly, using his enhanced reflexes from his Olympian training. However, the beast was relentless. Jin had to rely on strategy—he used a broken pillar as bait, tricking the serpent into striking it instead of him. As the pillar collapsed, Jin leaped onto its falling debris and plunged his blade into the beast's skull, finally slaying it.
The second trial was The Labyrinth of Time. Upon stepping into the spring, the world shifted, and Jin found himself trapped in an endless maze where time itself was distorted. Days felt like hours, and hours stretched into years. Visions of Lia tormented him—her final moments replaying, whispering for him to let go. But Jin refused. With sheer willpower, he manipulated the illusion, breaking the cycle and escaping with newfound clarity.
The final trial was The Trial of Purity. The Elixir wasn't something one could simply take—it had to be earned. The waters of the spring tested his essence, attempting to strip away his desires, emotions, and memories. Jin clenched his fists, enduring the agony as his past threatened to be erased. He held onto every moment, every promise—his love for Lia, his will to uncover the truth. In the end, the spring recognized his resolve and granted him the Elixir.
" You are Worthy for the owner this Elixer" after saying this The guardian vanished into the air. Jin now stood amidst ground of the labirynth. His long hair was flowing by the wind. His eyes was filled with unknown fire and determination. The moment he drank it, his power surged, divine energy coursing through his veins.
" What's happening, why am I felling my body will shatter very soon ? But I have gone too far. There is no turning back. I must endure.
Jin who was struggling to endure the pain. He saw the moments with Lia. Every shouting carry his determination, Will power, and also power of love. As soon as his roar ended, his body exploded in a second. In the rubble, the power was so extensive that every tree, jungle and even four mountains within its range were destroyed. He stood on the ground as the dust settled. His body was glowing by his Devine power. Now he had ascended— finally he became a Second-Class Deity.
