Chapter 110 - Chapter 89.2 : Awakening Sharingan!!

Obito has no intention of leaving him behind—despite NPC Kakashi constantly saying to leave him and verbally attacking Obito, telling him to go alone.

Even when NPC Kakashi gets on Obito's nerves, Obito refuses to give up on him.

In fact, when Obito gets really frustrated, he glares fiercely at NPC Kakashi and says, "Damn Kakashi, don't compare me to you! You arrogant bastard, always talking about missions, saying ninjas should prioritize missions, and that the lives of teammates aren't important!"

"I'm telling you, your theory is nonsense! I would never abandon my comrades like someone like you!"

At this point, maybe because he thought it was just an NPC and the real Kakashi wouldn't hear him, he let it all out.

"Kakashi, listen to me carefully. I don't know if you can understand this version of you, but I want to say that in my heart, your father, the late Hatake Sakumo, was a hero!"

"Even though he failed his mission because he protected his comrades, causing great losses to the Land of Fire and losing his own life in the process, I still want to say this: in the ninja world, people who break the rules are called trash, but those who don't value their comrades are even worse than trash!"

"You always say that if I don't follow the rules, I'll become trash. But since I'll be called trash either way, I choose to break the rules!"

"If that's not the true way of a ninja, then I'll be the one to defeat all the ninjas!"

"So, cocky Kakashi, just stay there and wait for me to save you!"

With these words, Obito didn't care if NPC Kakashi could understand him or not. He was full of energy, his eyes were determined, and he felt a sense of relief, like something that had been buried deep inside him was finally released.

Yeah, he even thought his words were pretty cool.

However, Obito didn't realize that his words and feelings were actually being seen by the people in the real world.

Except for Uchiha Kai, everyone else was surprised, and they all turned to look at Kakashi, who had his eyes wide open, clearly shocked by Obito's heartfelt words.

As for Uchiha Kai, he thought to himself, "Wow, this is a classic moment, just like in the game!"

Most of the lines here are similar to those in the original "Kakashi Gaiden."

The difference is that in "Kakashi Gaiden," the members of Minato's team are already thirteen, but in this timeline, Obito says similar lines at an earlier age.

This shows that these words had already formed in Obito's heart, and it was just the right time for him to say them out loud.

Right now, the kids are only nine years old, so Obito's famous line doesn't have the same impact as in the original. However, for nine-year-olds, it's still a huge influence.

Just look at Rin's face, so moved she's about to cry, and Kakashi's wide, unblinking eyes—it's clear the impact on them.

Minato and Kushina are smiling happily, their eyes filled with admiration for Obito.

Maybe Obito isn't the most outstanding, but the words he spoke really struck a chord with them, increasing their admiration for him.

In the original story, Minato and Kushina's opinion of Obito might have been similar to this, but unfortunately, this "ungrateful wolf" (as some might call him) would later prove how naive it was to view a "naturally evil Uchiha" with a fixed mindset based on someone he had watched growing up.

Of course, in this timeline, with Uchiha Kai already involved, the tragedies from the original story will likely be avoided. Kai quietly thinks, "That kid should open his eyes soon."

Because in this world, right after Obito says his heroic line, he faces a huge failure.

A dark, crawling, insane monster suddenly jumps out of the ceiling and attacks the two of them. Nearby, a burning furnace awaits, and the monster is about to drag Obito into it to burn him.

The most critical moment comes when the monster suddenly breaks one of Obito's arms, causing him to scream in pain and lose the ability to fight back. He struggles but can't escape the monster's grip.

At this crucial moment, a heavily injured NPC, Kakashi, with a burst of adrenaline, ignores his wounds and exhaustion. He charges at the monster, wrestles with it, and saves Obito.

In the end, NPC Kakashi uses his last strength to shout at Obito, "You must live, Obito!" before throwing himself and the dark, crawling monster into the furnace, perishing together.

Obito could only scream "No!" with a heart-wrenching cry as he helplessly watched NPC Kakashi and the monster perish together.

At that moment, Obito seemed to completely forget that this was just a game. His mind was filled with the image of Kakashi disappearing in the flames, and like a revolving lantern, he recalled all the moments he had shared with Kakashi.

Overwhelmed by intense emotions, Obito's body in the real world trembled uncontrollably. Then, together with his in-game self, he shed tears. His originally black eyes turned red.

This wasn't the activation of the "Blood Eye" in the game, but the Sharingan of the Uchiha clan from the real world.

And as his eyes opened, they were immediately the double-tomoe Sharingan!

Uchiha Kai, watching from the sidelines, couldn't help but exclaim, "What a guy! Is this really going to recreate the legendary Kamui, but with tears hidden?"

Keep in mind, Obito was only 9 years old now. He activated his Sharingan four years earlier than usual. His physical strength couldn't compare to his future self, yet he still opened his eyes to reveal a two-tomoe Sharingan.

This talent truly made Uchiha Kai, who had maintained a single-tomoe Sharingan for six years before obtaining the system, feel envious and jealous.

It's no wonder Obito was noticed by Uchiha Madara. As a member of the Uchiha clan, his talent with the Sharingan was truly extraordinary.
