Twenny stares at the battlefield, more like the skies above the battlefield. 7th tier rune circles appear in the sky, it shakes as space distorts revealing a Valkyrie. The Valkyrie is in light armor with a short sword on her waist in light or leather armor as she flaps her wings in the sky.
The Valkyrie's gaze goes over the entire city observing everything. "Looks like the city wasn't destroyed." She stretches her hands before her as the same 7th tier runic circles start to appear before her.
Twenny jumps out the window, "A Valkyrie in a place like this, very suspicious." She lands on the ground and taps her feet on the ground as she shoots to the Valkyrie. "DIMENSION MOVEMENT > MASS DIMENSION." Twenny reaches the Valkyrie as the Valkyrie is now the size of a continent. Acutally Twenny shrunk so much she's atomized, Twenny lands on the Valkyries hair.
The Valkyrie completes the runic circles as a small door appears before her, she steps in as she disappears from the sky and the entire mortal realm entirely. Twenny is on the Valkyries hair with her leg crossed as she enjoys the show.
The Valkyrie arrives in a place unlike anywhere on earth. For starters, the land seems to be made of clouds with buildings on these clouds. Far to the left up in the sky is a big planet as people (Not mortals) could be seen on it. The clouds span for about a continent in size as land continues beyond the sea of clouds, the clouds is at the center of this realm, Divine realm.
After the clouds come lands, mountains, rivers, streams everything like earth but the beasts of the field are different. There are buildings scattered around the place but on the clouds at the very center is a Pantheon of gods. There are multiple pantheons but the strongest claimed this place as its own and built here.
The Valkyrie appears on the central pantheon as she lands on the stairs which by far look like they were made for 15-meter-tall people and since it's a 'sacred' place she can't fly. She crawls up the stairs till she reaches the entrance to the pantheon as she walks to the big gates which was exaggeratedly built.
Twenny's thoughts, "This is the first time I've notice the cloud land. The first time I arrived in the Divine realm might not have been at the center since we didn't see any of these things. But." She gives a wry smile, "Mum destroy more than half of the Divine realm in testing a bomb she made. No wonder the gods call her Nightmare."
The Valkyrie bows before a door as she awaits to be called, an eerie voice comes from the door as it creaks open. "*CREAKS* Come. In." the Valkyrie stares on the ground as she walks into the building with her head bowed but Twenny saw everything.
Twenny looks around the room, "A cauldron, some grass, dead frogs. Wait, this better not be a witch god. And what is it with witches and frogs." She remembers the Abyssal witch who made delicious food from the same cauldron she made deadly potions with without cleaning it. She shudders as a tear threatens to fall from Twenny's eye.
The room indeeed has a cauldron but there are 3 deities present, a human deity, beast deity and the witch deity. The room surprisingly has big windows for light and air and looks quite friendly, like a kitchen. The witch god seems to be brewing something as the beast god approaches the Valkyrie, "What is the matter?"
The Valkyrie starts to report, "My lords, I have returned from the mission you gave me. Unfortunately." Her back is drenched in sweat. "I couldn't get the necessary blood needed for the ritual." She bows her head even lower.
The human god who's looking in the cauldron with the witch turns to the Valkyrie as he towers over her though he's short compared to other gods. "What do you mean you couldn't get the necessary blood? I gave that monster my blessing to slaughter the people, how come there isn't enough blood?" The beast god who looks more like a house black cat walks back to the witch as she cuddles her, just like a witch and her cat.
Twenny observes everything as the Valkyrie continues, "M….M….My lords, it appears the city was saved but I couldn't find out the ones who interfered."
The human god holds his chin, "Could it be another god?"
The Valkyrie looks down as fear is evident on her face, "No my lord, there's no trace of divine magic in the area."
The human god turns to the witch, "Do you think another god interfered and hid his presence?"
The witch looks at them and stops brewing, "It appears so, there're only a handful of gods capable of hiding their divine magic so well. Let's lie low for now, it would be bad if our intentions were revealed this soon." The human god turns back and sits on a chair.
Twenny chuckles though no one hears her, "I used the purest energy in that battle. Pure EP is no different from the air you breath to weaklings like you, she didn't sense my energy because it has already spread across the continent by now."
The beast god purrs as it looks at the Valkyrie, "No choice then, you're free to leave." The Valkyrie cups her hands together to show respect as she leaves without turning. She sighs in relief after she left because she isn't abused by anyone.
The Valkyrie turns to leave as she hears a voice, Twenny's voice. "Hey Valkyrie, I'd like to have a word with you."
The Valkyrie grabs the hilt of her blade as she looks around her anyone or anything. Soon her vision changes as the world inverts now with everything below her as she could see the what the previous gods are doing. She looks around at the white sky above her or below the gods with darknes covering the gods and below her.
Twenny appears before her as she pulls her short sword out, her thoughts. "Who is she? I can sense divine magic from her but it's faint, could she be a god? No, there's no reason for other gods to be here. Then she's an enemy, I'll warn the gods as soon as I escape." She charges at Twenny as she attacks her eyes hoping to blind Twenny if only for a few seconds and escape.
*CLANG* The sword hits Twenny right on her pupil but no damage, the Valkyrie has a dumb face as she stares at Twenny. Twenny raises a brow, "What are you doing?"
In the Valkyries head, "AAARRRGHHH!!! WHO IS THIS MONSTER?! EVEN GODS GET HURT FROM HAVING THEIR EYES POKED OUT BY US AND SHE DIDN'T GET HURT?!" The Valkyrie shakes violently as she's covered in sweat but this time it's more like she's taking a shower with sweat.
"This is in the way." Twenny pushes the sword out of her sight a she stares at the Valkyrie. "Now, to the reason I called you." Twenny looks up at the gods and back at the Valkyrie to find the Valkyrie sitting on her legs obediently as she bows down. Valkyrie's thoughts, "I CAN'T BELIEVE I ATTACKED A PRIMORDIAL GOD!"
Twenny chuckles, "Get up. I prefer to speak to you eye to eye." The Valkyrie looks at Twenny confused but she gestures for her to stand and she stands slowly. The Valkyrie is a bit taller than Twenny as Twenny is short with the Valkyrie reaching 1.8 meters. "Mmmm, now I have to look up." The Valkyrie gives a wry smile.
Twenny smiles at the Valkyrie, "I'm not a god or primordial god. I'm a Calamity." The Valkyrie's mind goes blank. "Umm, hellooo. I said I'm a Calamity."
The Valkyrie tries to recall something, "A Calamity? World Ending Calamity? Isn't that the class of monsters that can destroy the world if they put their mind to it? But aren't they just a myth, even some gods claim them to be made up stories by the old gods? I attacked her and she didn't take any damage, she's in the divine realm yet no god can sense her." She makes a face of peace. "I attacked such a monster, a mythical monster. Captain, sister, goodbye." She looks up as a tear falls from her eye.
Twenny rolls her eyes, "Why does this universe give up so easily? Hey, I came here to talk not eat you up, beside I'm not a cannibal. I don't eat anything humanoid that had intelligence, that beast god…maybe." The beast god is startled as it jumps and looks around it, it feels its back turning cold for some reason.
Twenny continues, "I want you to serve me." The Valkyrie has a blank look as Twenny continues, "Well, I don't want to massacre the gods, some might be good, maybe a little." The Valkyrie starts to think, Twenny chuckles, "Also, you don't have a choice." The Valkyrie makes a face that says, "Then why did you let me think?!"
Twenny yawns, "If you refuse, I can kill you a million times and resurrect you a million times until you accept." Twenny looks at the Valkyrie who seems to have low self-esteem. "I need you as a pawn, one willing to serve and die for my little games." The Valkyrie looks down as her thoughts, "That's all I'll ever be, a pawn. I became a Valkyrie because I thought working for gods would be bett- "
Twenny cuts in her thoughts, "It's better you see me as a bad person so if I do bad you won't be surprised than a good person to do bad thing and surprise you. Also, I'd like to give you a choice now. Do you accept?" The Valkyrie looks at Twenny.
