Although the bathroom door was closed, the soundproofing was poor. Winter could clearly hear the voices from outside.
Serin spoke in an irritated voice.
"Jason Park? How long have you been there?"
"You can't use the bathroom now. I just threw up in there."
"Ugh, that's disgusting."
"I've always been a dirty bastard, haven't I?"
"Hey, talk to me later."
"Sure, whatever."
Then there was the sound of footsteps followed by the back door opening and closing. It seemed Serin had gone downstairs.
The entire place suddenly became quiet. Only the faint sound of thumping music could be heard through the walls.
As Winter was quietly relieved and timing her exit, Evan Park started talking on the phone with someone.
"How long does it take to find one woman? Yeah, find her and bring her immediately. She won't come quietly. Make her behave and drag her here if you have to. Be careful of the guy she's with."
Jason walked towards the room where Evan Park was without hesitation.
