Rachel flicked Diana's forehead with her finger. "Where did your mind go..." Rachel then explained the events of that day to Diana.
Diana touched her forehead, embarrassed. "So, Sis, you're not dating Mr. Franklin?"
Rachel said thoughtfully, "We're just friends."
"But recently, when I called you several times, you said you were with Mr. Franklin. I thought you two..."
"That's because Jasper handed me the 'Harmony Estate' project. I often meet with Mr. Franklin to discuss the project, so naturally, we see each other more."
"Oh." Diana's expression was somewhat disappointed.
Rachel knew what Diana was thinking and said calmly, "I don't want to get involved in matters of the heart anymore." With that, she stood up from the couch.
Diana looked at Rachel's slender back and sighed softly. She thought Rachel must have endured too much pain in her past relationships, which is why she didn't want to and was afraid to get involved in matters of the heart again.
