After a moment of Lyra steadily dragging him forward, Felix suddenly jerked his hand free, his brows furrowing in confusion. "Why did you lie about our relationship?" he asked, his tone caught between frustration and disbelief.
Lyra simply tilted her head slightly, pressing the tips of her index fingers together in a gesture of innocent mischief. "I felt like saying that would… enhance the atmosphere," she said, her voice light, as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
Felix sighed, a heavy breath escaping his lips like a deflating balloon. "Seriously?" he muttered.
Regaining his composure, he shoved his hands into his pockets. "Alright, so where exactly are we going? And what's so important that it couldn't be said in class?"
