"Hum, what's wrong?" Felix turned to Milo, their eyes locking in a fleeting yet loaded exchange. For that brief moment, no words were needed, their expressions spoke volumes.
Then, without hesitation, they stepped out from behind the junked car, their eyes fixed on the unfolding scene in the distance.
The man, his body still trembling from residual desire, had now turned back to the woman, but the lust that once darkened his gaze had been replaced with raw, unfiltered fear.
