Peter's POV:
With a name decided for my power, and a plan for the future, I decided to train in the dojo some more, afterall there is no harm to be better prepared and also because the grind is eternal. Although it had only been recently that I had joined this dojo, everyone has been pretty nice to me. Right now I'm practicing with Carter, who was a Muay Thai practitioner. Carter was the oldest student in the dojo and Minato-sensei believed that he had enough self control to help me learn without hurting me.
After Minato-sensei had shown me the basic moves, he made me practice them myself and once he was sure that I was ready to apply them in combat, he made me spar with Carter. Right now I'm in one of those spars. Even with my enhanced stats, I was not a match for Carter's skills. This showed that in certain conditions, skills were able to bridge the gap between raw power, but if the power is much more than the opponent, it can overwelm them no matter how skilled they are. That's why I decided to focus on both skills and power, afterall I didn't want to be an one trick pony.
No One's POV:
The gym hummed with the slap of gloves on bags and the rhythmic squeak of sneakers pivoting on mats. In the far corner, under flickering fluorescents, thirteen-year-old Carter Grey adjusted his crimson Muay Thai gloves. His lean frame buzzed with coiled energy, three years of training evident in the precision of his stance—elbows tucked, knees primed. Across from him stood Peter Parker, a wiry thirteen-year-old with his black hair tied behind a bandana, and the broad shoulders of a competitive swimmer, his athletic build taut under a loose tank top. Barefoot and bouncing, he shifted into 'ginga', capoeira's swaying base step, his bright eyes narrowed in concentration. "Light contact," Minato-sensei reminded us, slapping the timer. "This is about learning, not winning."
The first seconds were a cautious dance. Peter flowed sideways, his limbs carving fluid arcs as he launched a 'meia lua de frente'—a crescent kick. Carter slid back, letting the strike graze the air beside his ribs. He could've countered with a piston-like teep to Peter's solar plexus, but instead, he tapped the boy's thigh with a padded shin. "Too much flair," he said, his voice calm. "Close the arc—you're leaving your ribs open."
Peter huffed, recalibrated, and dropped into a 'negativa', his palm skimming the mat as he swept a leg toward Carter's ankles. Carter checked the kick with a raised calf, the 'thwack' echoing softly. He felt the force—untamed but earnest—and smirked beneath his headgear. "Better. But don't linger," he warned, crowding Peter's space. The younger boy scrambled upright, barely evading Carter's mock jab.
The tempo quickened. Peter's nerves dissolved into motion. He spun into an 'armada', his heel slicing upward in a spinning kick, his swimmer's build lending speed to the strike. Carter ducked, the kick ruffling his hair. He could've punished the overcommitment with a knee to the ribs. Instead, he feinted a cross, freezing his glove a hair's breadth from Peter's cheek. "Commit or bail," he said. "Half-speed spins get you tagged."
Sweat glistened on Peter's brow, but his grin was relentless. He cartwheeled into an 'au', trying to disorient Carter. The Muay Thai fighter let him land, then stepped in, clinching Peter's shoulders loosely. His elbows hovered, harmless, as he muttered, "If this were real, you'd be eating a knee. Tuck tighter on the flip." By the third round, Peter's breaths came in gasps, but his movements grew crisper. He linked a 'queixada' kick into a 'rasteira' sweep, his timing syncing with Carter's deliberate gaps. Carter let the sweep hook his ankle, stumbling back with a theatrical groan. "Nice one!" he laughed, rolling with the takedown.
When the timer buzzed, both boys stood drenched in sweat, the air crackling with grudging respect. Peter braced his hands on his knees, his swimmer's shoulders rising and falling. "You… you were playing with me," he panted. Carter tugged off his gloves, revealing hands roughened by years on the bags. "You picked up the rhythm. That's what matters." He lobbed Peter a water bottle. "Next time, snap the armada faster. You've got the shoulders for it." Peter nodded, his earlier bravado tempered by a flicker of determination. Across the gym, Minato-sensei hid a smile. Even if Peter was new there, Minato considered him a very good student and he could also see that the boy was a fast learner.
Melissa's POV:
Here I was at the dojo. Peter came to the dojo for the last time this week and I was anticipating to see how much he had grown since the last class. I could not accompany Camie in the previous class because I was busy with my projects that I was going to work on, at Monday. 'Oh man, It's gonna be so much fun! I can finnally do real research. Dad might try to stop me, but where there is a will, there is a way! I should be ready to help, Peter with his projects too.' I thought.
Just then, I saw Peter and Carter started their spar. The spar was beautiful and I could see that Peter had improved leaps and bounds for just having joined the dojo recently. Even though I myself don't know how to fight, having come to this dojo more times than I can count, I know how to appreciate the beauty of a fight. Peter took to his lessons like fish to water. After his spar with Carter, Peter drank his energy drink that apparently he himself made.
Soon, he recovered his energy and got back on his feet. 'This dude is a beast.' I thought to myself, seeing him recover so fast. Minato-sensei taught his some sojutsu moves and MMA moves too. Seeing Peter dedicated to something I understood that he will be a reliable partner in the lab. 'Monday is gonna be so fun. And big sis Sue is gonna be our mentor. I can't wait for Monday!' I once again thought about Monday.
No One's POV:
After finishing his training, Peter left the dojo and went to his home. Once there, he quickly went to his room and started to create a costume for himself. If he was gonna be a vigilante, he needed a name and a brand. So Peter got ready to make himself a suit. Taking the classic approach of most speedsters, Peter made a full-body black suit with gloves, boots, and lines around his arms, legs, and torso, along with a symbol on his shoulders. The suit would cover his entire body, providing protection and a streamlined look. The gloves and boots were designed for enhanced grip and agility, crucial for a speedster hero.
Peter took, No.6's (MHA Vigilantes) hero costume as his inspiration because if other reincarnators can copy the suits of their favourite characters, why couldn't he? Anyway, Peter got the needed materials from a junkyard and now he is using his advanced intelligence to make this suit. Peter already had plans on how to upgrade his suit, but he needed resources and for resources, he needed money. Peter recently started to get revenue from his youtube channel but that wouldn't be enough.
For more money, he needed to make an invention and patent it. And Peter's first invention was going to be cybernetic implants and limbs. Peter already had his blueprints and he was going to submit it at the Baxter Building on Monday. Peter is not an idiot though, as he knows that if people with bad intentions got their hands on it, they might create a cyborg army. Hence Peter had planned to add several failsafe systems to his inventions. Last but not least, Peter decided to take, May to a four star restaurant as a way to celebrate after his first day of intership. Even though he has somewhat stabilized his life after his reincarnation, Peter wanted more. He knew his insignificance on the grand scale of reality but he wanted to achieve greatness. Plus, the universe will surely try to kill him for Gwen's character development, and Peter didn't want to die. Hence he had to continue the grind, afterall the grind is eternal and there was no rest for the wicked.

Heya. It's your friendly author here. Hope you enjoyed this show. Here are the images of Peter's new suit.
Peter's suit
I tried to find a full body image and these were the only ones I could find. Six is my favourite villain in the entire MHA series and I liked his design a lot. Also, this story is a wish fulfilment story for me and if anybody doesn't like it, I can't change it much. You can tell me what it is that you want to change and if I find the idea reasonable and much more better than my own idea, I'll change the story according to it. Anyways, thank you for reading my story. Hope you like this chapter.
Ciao.
