Raegar was sitting high above Bloodfang Forest on an ancient tree and its big branch. He was cooking some campfire bread while recovering from using Fusion Overdrive, but he was happy that it didn't knock him out this time.
''Looks like my body is getting used to the strain,'' he muttered while flipping the bread. ''But still, I can't wait to join the academy to improve my pools and Aether control.''
A sizzle sounded as the food was done, prompting him to take it out and douse it with melted honey butter. He started eating as several roars from below echoed out as night creatures battled.
Raegar paid them no mind, savoring his meal in silence. While doing that, he began cooking a slab of monster meat, the rich aroma intensifying his hunger and making his stomach grow louder.
Following that, he continued eating as the monster roared below, lulling him into a relaxed mood as he waited for the meat to cook. Leaning back and watching the stars light up the world beyond the forest.
